Two ladies came to clean my house - I wanted a full deep cleaning. They started upstairs in my master bathroom and worked their way through the upstairs and then finished the downstairs. I have a 2800 square foot home with 4 bedrooms. They cleaned top to bottom in about 3.75 hours. I paid them for four hours (even though they offered to take 3.5). I paid $40/hour for two ladies. The did a good job. There were a few places missed - just a few (like one of the baseboards and some of the window sills). Overall I was pleased with the work and will hire them again. The reason I rated a "B" for responsiveness is because the business owner often doesn't answer her phone. So I had to leave a message. Then she would call me back and I would be unavailable, so we called back and forth several times.

I am a Snowbird in Florida and this is my second year of using the services of A-Maculate, which I found on Angie's List. The ladies are extremely courteous and go about their business without any problems. They bring all their own equipment and supplies, however, if there is something I would rather they use, they are very accommodating. The last time they were here, they not only did the job of cleaning and dusting, washing the floors, the windows, cleaning and vacuuming my front porch and back porch, but when I opened up my refrigerator, I saw they had cleaned that out too. You definitely get you money's worth when they leave your home. I don't think I could be more pleased and I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking for this type of service.

EXCELLENT JOB! They provide their own supplies and equipment and both girls worked very hard to make my house shine. Thank You for the great work.

wonderful women, but do not dust thoroughly

I gave them repeated instructions but they do not follow . Dump dirty water on porch let cat in all the time and leave rugs in shambles

long time ago--can not afford them---12 dollars an hour is all i can afford.

They great to work with. Bernadette worked with my schedule and responded to my calls. The two women who cleaned my condo were thorough and professional. They arrived on time and I was very pleased with the work they did. I will hire them again.

It went very well. They used something on the floors that smelled delightful. They went about their work and did not ask me a million questions.

Stayed about 2 hrs and cleaned per my specs. The 2 women that cleaned my 2 BR condo were polite, efficient and completed all they were asked to do to my complete satisfaction

I've used A-maculate Cleaning a few times now and have been very pleased. Bernadette is very nice and easy to work with. Each time, 2 ladies came to clean. They were on time and friendly. They did not mind my 2 large dogs. They cleaned under my large area rug and moved furniture to get underneath / behind and they always clean the blinds and fans. When they were done, the house looked and smelled clean. Great, affordable service.

Outstanding! The house sparkled when they left. Also everything was treated carefully and respectfully. Perhaps most of all the service is extremely responsive and communicative, returning calls and messages promptly and coming on time each time.

I have had the services of A-Maculate Cleaning now for several months. They clean my home on a schedule of every other week. They provide their own cleaning supplies and vacuums and are very thorough, professional and prompt. I will continue to use their service and I am extremely pleased with their work which is always consistent. They don't cut corners and my home sparkles after every cleaning.

I spoke with a few cleaning companies, and I felt that A-Maclate Cleaning would do what I needed and we start a date and a time for her workers to show up. The two women showed up ight on time with all of there supplies. They took a few minutes to take a look arounr the house and what need to be done. I sat back what for them to ask me what I need however, they did what I woiuld have asked of them and a whole lot more. I would recommend A-Maclate Cloeaning to anyone look for a great cleaning at a great price with great staff. This is the way to go. I am know going to have them clean my once or twice a month and feel great about it.

I called them and they said they were in the process of switching over to new ownership and he said he would call back in a week and never did.

very well, we have cats, and that was our concern. They never let them slip out the door, which they try to do all the time.

They were terrific. We used them a couple of times. We had a rental that we use them on and they came to our house and they did our house. They were here for a long time in terms of cleaning up. They were here for maybe 3 or 4 hours and they worked the entire time. When they left, you could see the difference.

I like the fact that they did the baseboards and the inside of my windows. They wiped down my kitchen and bathroom cabinets, cleaned my mirrors and all and all I was very pleased with their work.

They didn't dust well. I was overall disappointed since this was't the first time they cleaned my apartment. I got sick while they were here and they didn't finish cleaning even though my husband came home. I was also disappointed when I called to schedule another visit Bernadette did't call me back to schedule it. When she did call back she completely failed to work around my schedule. Then she never called me back to schedule an appointment.

Contact was made after I found them in Angie's List. Contact was made via email and then they called me to confirm my request and we fixed the date for the first service. I was very impressed with the two cleaners who came to my place and we went over what needed to be done. It was done to my complete satisfaction and I then decided to have them on a regular basis and I am very happy with the service.
