Description of Work: Remodeled ceilings in kitchen and bathroom. Replaced the old (1974) outdated drop ceilings, with modern domed ceilings, including much improved flourescent lighting, and aesthetic appeal. I sold this unit about a year later, in a very depressed real estate market after only about three showings. I believe the quick sale was due in part to the remodeling work described here. This job was done in a highrise condominium building.

+ -1 moreThe individual who was in charge of the work was Ariel Fernandez. They did excellent work in one day from start to finish with superb clean up.
Description of Work: They gave me a bid for the low drop ceilings in my kitchen and bathroom. I hired them to do the work. They ended up putting a dome ceiling in the bathroom and kitchen. They modernized the entire look by taking out the drop ceiling and put in an arch dome ceiling in its place. They also remodeled and replaced all the florescent lighting with shorter bulbs. They did both rooms for $1000.
