Description of Work: Attempted to clean roots out of buried downspout drain

Description of Work: David is a first rate plumber as well as being very responsive, professional and pleasant. After finding him on Angie's List, he has become my plumber. Not only does he go above and beyond (finding obscure parts, requiring muliple trips and discussions) he does it a very fair price and obviously takes pride in his work. He recently fixed my garbage disposal (and taught me how to do it myself if it ever happens again), rerouted my dishwasher drain line to prevent the water from draining back into the dishwasher, and checked to see if there is any fix for my reoccuring problems with my Kohler bath handles. I can't recommend David highly enough.

Description of Work: We had a back wash in the kitchen and he cleaned out the pipe. I have used them several times.

Description of Work: I was having an old floor removed and a new one installed when the installers told me that the ground was wet, possibly for a leak. They would not install the new flooring until the leak was fixed. I called A B M plumbing who I have used beofre and asked him about the problem. He told me that if there was no water on the floor (there wasn't, it had evaporated) then there was very litle he could do. He told me to check the meter to see if it was moving (I had done that earlier, and it wasn't). I asked if it could be a sewage problem but he said it was unlikely since the sewer line is buried two feet below the slab and would leak down. The third thing was that there may have been condensation from the water in the concrete which would explain a dampness in different areas of the slab and said to wait a week and see what happens. I am writing this because although he could have come out and charged me for a service call, he said that he couldn't help (as sited above) and didn't want to charge me for something he couldn't fix. It is because of this that I will continue to use ABM plumbing!!

Description of Work: Dave. answered my email and phone calls promptly. he arroved on time. he was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. i wouldnt hesitate to call him again when a problem arises.

Description of Work: Installed new water heater and shut-off ball valve. Work was done to our satisfaction. Took longer than I thought was necessary but they did it cleanly and cleaned up afterward.

Description of Work: I asked them if they did Static water pipe testing and David said they did. However, for our problem, which might have been coming from under our slab, he explained over the phone that unless the saw a lot of water, or our water bill had gone up a lot in the past months, we probably did not have a pipe leak. This made sense, so we did need to have him come out. He was so polite and professional, I would definately call him when I have a plumbing problem.
