She was prompt in getting back to us. She provided all the information we needed. She answered all our questions. I would refer her to anyone.

Valeria was very pleasant. My husband questioned me how one person is going to clean everything. We were just moving in so everything was still in cartons, so we did not except floors in kitchen and main living area to be cleaned. When I start to put things away I have to clean areas that were to have been done. All cabinets had to be cleaned. I thought more would have been done.

I am extremely pleased with this service and will use them as needed. The young lady was very pleasant, thorough and hardworking. Valeria came to our house to give an estimate and delivered the services as promised. Very satisfied.

A woman named Vaneria hired a foreign student from Brasil to clean my apartment in Century Village. The girl arrived without any cleaning supplies of any kind. No cleaners, no rags, no dusters, and no vacuum. I had to supply everything. Vaneria did not tell me this. The girl destroyed one of my plants and damaged all the others. Apparently, she did not know that Windex destroys living plant leaves. She took a sweeping broom for hard floors into the shower, wet it and "swept" the walls in there. She did a very incomplete job dusting. She took a greasy sponge that I wash dishes with to "clean" the countertop. These are just some examples. When she left, the apartment did not feel clean at all. I do not believe the other positive reviews for this house cleaner on here. When I spoke to Vaneria, she emphasized her positive reviews a lot to me. That, and her relatively low price is why I chose her. And she seemed to have a nice personality on the phone. I highly recommend that a person only use a cleaner personally recommended by someone they know and pay a little more for better service. This was the worst cleaner I have every had.

As soon as they got there they wanted to get right to work. They were very professional and they were perfectionist. They continually checked with us through out the entire cleaning to make sure they were doing it the way that we wanted. And I will definitely use them again. Brought all of their own supplies and my apartment was spic and span.

The cleaning job was excellent and my place sparkled, but the things that impressed me the most are: She took pride in doing a good job, which is rare. She was very personable and I felt like I could trust her in my home. I would recommend her to my family and friends!!!!! One more thing!!! My dog liked her, which is a good sign......

The owner came out to survey the home and she gave us a reasonable price. She did what she said she would do.
