The girls are polite, industrious and funny. I enjoy having them in my home and think they are wonderful cleaners as well as sweet people.

We hired one person, because we couldn't afford the cost of the cleaning team. They come over the house and make a list of all the things that will be cleaned. No one person could possible do all of that in 4 hours. She did about 25% of the things on the list The person that they sent spent 2 hours in my bathroom. She said that the bathroom was filthy. Not true. If my house was so filthy why did they make so many promises. They saw the house before she started. She was to come back in two weeks. I knew she would never come back. I got a phone call saying that if I wanted her to come back the cost would be $30 dollars more than they quoted. I told them that I couldn't afford it. Now I am looking for another service.

Amazing! I hired Five Star Cleaning Service to give my house a deep cleaning. I rescue animals plus I have 3 kids and my house needed a deep cleaning. They did an amazing job. Every inch of my house is beyond clean. They were ontime and very professional. I also hired them to clean biweekly. I definitely recommend them. I am so happy with everything.

I called them on a Saturday for a Sunday cleaning and they came right away. The lady was amazing. She did extra things that were additional and made the work exceptional. She stayed for 5 hours and my family and friends were impressed.

The first thing that happened was the two ladies from the cleaning were to be here at 9:00 to start cleaning. Somewhere between 9:00 and 9:30 I got a call from Bill who is the manager of the cleaning staff. He told me that the guard at the gate woud not let them in because they had an out of state driver's license. I hung up and called the gate guard who informed me that neither of the ladies had a valid drivers license. I called Bill and asked him how he could have hired two women with no drivers license. He told me that he hired them with PICTURES of a drivers. license. I told him there was no way they could come in the gate without a drivers license as that would mean I had illegal aliens working in my home. Bill called and apologized. I was in a bind as I had company coming from out of state Sat. evening. And I was having knee replacement surgery the following Tuesday. Bill and agreed to have cleaning come on Sat.The cleaning job was mediocre at best. There was no polish or oil used on the wood furniture. There is a buffet in the dining room with scarf on it. The front part of the buffet was dusted but the back part where the scarf ended was still dirty. There were spots left on the on the laminate floor. Parts of the furniture and floor were not cleaned at all. There are otther things too, but I'm sure you get the picture.

Terrible. 6 hr job took 12 hours because they wete slow AND the quaility of a deep clean was horrible. We had to go over everything again. I'm sorry I paid them!!!! I would never hire or recommend them.

They did a great job. I would recommended for any kind of cleaning job. They cleaned tile grout, my floors look brand new.

Showed up on time, pleasant, personable, good communication. Cleaned condo I recently moved into that was dirty and abused. Two persons came to clean. They were sweet, pleasant, eager to please. They worked very hard and transformed my living space. So happy! I recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use their services on a regular basis.

Five Star was very prompt in their arrival for the estimate and the start of the service. They charge me a flat rate per hour and even washed the outside of the windows. They offered the topdown service which meant they went from ceiling to floor starting with the bathrooms. Then changed gloves and cleaning tools to do the rest of the house. The house has never looked so clean.

They were very personable and did a really great job. They did everything exactly the way I wanted it done. I am very pleased with this service and I will have them come back on a regular basis from now on.
