Description of Work: Air conditioning quit over july 4th weekend. I called sunday to get on Monday's service list. They sent a nice fellow sunday who topped off the coolant and changed a capacitor on the spot. Warned us that in this area our pre charlie system life expectancy was limited and left without asking for money. It was our 3rd call to grande aire -all equally nice. Surprise! No follow up sales call just a bill for much less than we expected. Guess who gets first shot at our next system! Hello, florida! Description of Work: The technician cleaned and checked my air conditioner and replaced one relay. They said he would at my house at 8 AM and he was there on time. He was very professional and did a thorough job. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and explained what he was doing and what he found. I would certainly use their service again and I recommend it highly.

 + 0 moreWe have been using Grande Aire for several years. They have always been very responsive to our calls and fair in the fees they charged. A couple of years ago we signed up for a service contract which covered inspections and labor on all of our major appliances including HVAC. We were very pleased with the coverage we received during this time. The service providers are always professional, clean and take care to keep their work areas clean, including when working in the house. We recently expanded our service contract to cover both parts and labor and believe it was one of the best decisions we could have made.
