Outstanding service! We have been burned by contractors in the past....not this time. The Bracewell team is punctual, friendly, courteous, and offers exceptional quality/value. Bracewell did not offer us the lowest quote for our new fence. But, my wife felt comfortable with Mary and her husband (and my wife has great intuition)...so, we gave them a try. The whole process was awesome! Even the "general labor" guys were friendly and respectful. We could not have asked for more. And, we love our new fence! I think the best thing I can say is that we plan to hire Bracewell again to install wood floors in our house. Bracewell will be the only contractor we have ever hired twice.

We realize the Bracewell's can get very, very busy, a quick phone call to tell us that we were not forgotten would have been appreciated. But they are a trusted company so we figured we were still on their list and we were definitely not planning on hiring someone else just to get the job done sooner.

We looked at the different fence styles on their website. Then, via phone, we discussed our choices of style designs and height, etc. Next we set an appointment for them to come out to our home and look at the job site. They made some great suggestions regarding height and variations. We signed a written contract and set up a start date, which was not a long wait. They are busy but work efficiently and we did not think it was a long wait for the job to begin. They called again, before the scheduled installation date and came out with the crew that would be doing the installation to show them, what was to be done. The installers showed up the day they were suppose to and installed the fence in one day. The entire process was handled professionally and everyone we dealt with was friendly and cared about the job. The end result was a lovely new fence for us and rave reviews for each and every person we had the pleasure of dealing with from Bracewell's Flooring and Fencing. They called me back, came out the next day, ordered parts, and will be back on Friday. No one else would call me back or schedule anything nearby. Their price is better than my old company's. They're very put-together and efficient. They know what they're doing. They're not seeing how little they can work, they're seeing how much they can do for you. I'm very impressed and will use them again.

Service went wonderful! They were on time, professional, and they made us feel good about the task they were performing. They informed us on the job they performed and made sure we comfortable with their work. They were also very careful with not damaging our appliances that had to be moved during install. They started early in the morning and finished sometime mid afternoon even cleaning up after themselves. I was very pleased with their work and the floors turned out great.

They came at lunch on Tuesday and finished by Friday afternoon. I hardly knew they were there. When they finished the job our yard was left very clean. We were extremely happy with the work they did.

The owners are Dale and Mary Bracewell. They are very friendly. They have a very small staff and I felt very comfortable having them around my home with my children. Mrs Bracewell is very responsive, very hands-on, return your calls promptly or give you a text. They did a very good estimate. We've had some difficulties; we have a lot of slopes because we live on a hill, so some of the pieces didn't fit. They didn't take that into account when doing the measurements. They were professional, but it took two months to get my fence up. And all of the decorative finials were bent up, so they replaced them. I would consider using them in the future. They are just the nicest people in the world and they would bend over backwards to make sure that you get what you want, you just might have to help them.

The installation went very well. Delivered the gates the weekend before the installation and showed up on Wednesday to do the rest. I have very specific instructions on the placement of the fence because of lot-line issues and to make room for Brick columns that have yet to be installed. The fence and gates were within 1/8th of an inch of specifications and absolutely straight. Just an outstanding job.
