This transaction was seamless from the time of Contract to Closing. Jackie is thorough and prompt to return calls and emails. Rich is always "Johnny on the Spot" with answering our questions about the process. These folks have successfully closed transactions for many of my customers over the past 6 years which is why we chose them to close our real estate purchase.
