Preston arrived within a few hours of my calling him. He was kind and professional. Even though it was a quick fix he took time to look over the machine and provided guidance. He even offered to help me over the phone with future repairs I would be doing personally. I will recommend him to my friends.

Preston showed up on time, with a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. After a thorough diagnosis, he explained to me what the problem was and what he needed to do. He even gave me an estimate of what it would cost, and the ne kindly removed the food from the freezer in order to get the problem area. He impressed me with his professionalism and his honesty. I hope I don't have more trouble with this refrigerator, but if I do, 1st Choice will be my first choice.

When I phoned, Preston happened to be nearby and was able to come over very promptly. He was professional in every way and carefully diagnosed the problem as a small broken elbow in the icemaker. Since his initial test could have indicated the need for an unneeded expensive electronic part, his thoroughness saved that cost and he was able to accomplish the repair without ordering any parts. Bottom line -- an excellent job at reasonable cost.

Fridge not cooling. Called and he was here within 2 hr. He diagnosed the problem, plus had the part on his truck. It made a water mess but he contained it and cleaned it up completely. Professional. personable. experienced.

The company's phone number has been disconnected. I assume that the business has been shuttered.

I didn’t use their services to get the work done. It’s the estimate which made me not choose them since they were a bit pricey. I did contact couple of other companies and both the companies gave me an estimate over the phone. One of them is coming out tomorrow to do the actual installation. However, A 1st Choice Appliance Services were very prompt, professional and thorough. I would consider using their services in the future.

When my front-load washer began to make a lot of noise on its final spin, and after I had called another service whose "service" was very bad, I finally called 1st Choice Appliance. Mr Pinholster responded immediately, arrived on time the same day. He estimated the cost of repair and advised buying a new machine insead of repair. He recommended a brand and a type of washer, and my subsequent research indicates he knew what he was talking about. He does not sell machines. I highly recommend him.

My dishwasher was not getting water to wash the dishes. I called Preston and he made an appointment to come out the next day. He surveyed the unit and determined the part that was not operating properly. It was late in the day, so we scheduled another day for him to come out with the part and do the final repair. He got the unit working, and washing dishes again. What a relief!

I was so pleased with the whole experience. They came the same day I called and were very nice to deal with. The technician that came, covered his shoes with protective booties and was the best repair tech I have had to my house. After he fixed my dishwasher, he gave me tips on use and care for my dishwasher. Not only did 1st Choice Appliance deliver quality and excellence, They did it for a fair price too. I recommend them to all my friends.
