After we had finished knocking off several plumbing-related projects in a single day, Rick realized that a toilet also needed to be replaced. Working around his original schedule, he found time to return a couple of days later with a new one, installed it, and we were good to go. Conscientious guy who kept me posted on every item along the way.

I really like Rick and his work. Lucky for me, he was able to come out the very same day! He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our (unrepairable) garbage disposal. He's personable, competent and quick. And very reasonable! I wouldn't hesitate to use Rick again and highly recommend him.

Very friendly, texted me the time he was gonna be there, texted me when he was on his way, texted me about a slight delay, which was fine as I was gonna be delayed getting home. Did the job in a timely manner, asked how the other toilet was, told him it had a small leak and he replaced that within mins, and snaked our sink drains as a bonus. Would highly recommend him, very personable and full of knowledge
