SWR Enterprise called me at 7:59 about my need for a plumber I told him what was happening in my master bathroom. He gave me an reasonable estimate. I told him I would get back to him. Mr. Richard Workman called me at 10:24 inquiring if I got somebody. I stated no I was still looking. He told me he will wait for my call if I need Him. I called him right back and hired him because I never had any bad contractors from Home Advisor. Richard stated he will be here between 45 - 1 hr. Richard came at 10:55 He introduced himself and gave me his business card. Richard did a wonderful job explained what has to be done to upgrade to avoid any problems since the plumbing was never upgraded since my family bought the house. He explained everything thoroughly about letting the bathroom dry for 3 days without use and next week start taking the old pipes out and putting new ones in. Also if leaking give him a call immediately. I would recommend him to everyone he is professional, timely, polite , honest and down to earth person. Will not mislead you or con you another words take advantage. I know from experience I do plumbing, electrical, mechanical and medical. I will do small jobs but leave big jobs to professional.
