 + -1 moreThere were two long gaps of time that slowed the project. First the insurance company. I felt it was fairly reasonable. And Bank of America, who held the mortgage, who wanted to review the work to be done & make sure it was completed. They took an extraordinarily long due the lack of proper communication of the staff. But that aside. The actual work went quite quickly & professionally.
Description of Work: Fire Damage in kitchen; smoke & soot throughout houseServpro scrubbed & cleaned metculously. They did an excellent job. They took piece by piece in drawers/ shelves & cleaned them.. Washed down the walls & ceiling to prepare for painting.Debra was very friendly & helpful. Romando Taylor was the head of the project. He did an excellent job co-ordinating the several professionals that were needed to do the job. ( painting, plumbling, electrical, cabinetry, etc.)I was very happy with the results.
