He competently planned & carried out the work, hired a helper when needed & supervised work on the property. I plan to use Mr. Handy for any future work on our weekend home & highly recommend Mr. Handy.
Description of Work: We inherited our parents house built in the early 70's and never updated. Shawn Reddick eagerly took on the task of remodeling, repairing & renewing. He primed & painted each room; ripped up wall to wall carpets & laid vinyl plank flooring throughout, installed baseboards & 1/4 round throughout; installed all new outlets & switches throughout; did drywall repair in a closet; redid all ceilings - removed awful tiles & put up dry wall, knock down finish & painted; removed an old wall a/c unit & dry walled that area as well as replacing the vinyl siding outside & painting to match; put ceiling fan/light kits in all rooms; remodeled the kitchen with new countertops, new faucet & sprayer, glass tile backsplash, new range hood; remodeled bathroom with new vanity, sink & faucet, removed in-wall medicine cabinet & dry walled, replaced toilet; installed new interior doors & hardware throughout; replaced closet doors; designed & installed underground drains for the washer & water conditioner; painted & installed new hardware on outside doors; repaired & reroofed an outbuilding as well as painting the exterior; repaired & reroofed screen porch; repaired, painted & rehung glider swing on porch; repaired & added on to a dock in the river; pressure washed roofs, walls, carport & foundations as well as cleaning gutters; oversaw land clearing, tree removal & fill dirt placement; cleared weeds surrounding dock.
