In my search for a home in Citrus County, Sue Hartman (ERA-Beverly Hills) was the realtor who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I lived out of the area and was not able to search much on my own but she kept me appraised of the homes that became available that met my preferences. She kept in frequent e-mail and/or phone contact and when she/I finally did find "the" home, she couldn't have been more helpful in advising/guiding me thru the purchase process. Buying a home is a big deal to someone inexperienced in real estate transactions and she kept it from becoming overwhelming. I very much recommend her to anyone looking to buy property.
