Service is very good. He came at the right time, they didn't let me wait, They did a good job cleaning the A/C. Since it's a great service i hired them to do an annual maintenance for my A/C.

It was amazing! The very worse time of the year for my a/c not to work. Sunshine worked me into their schedule. The repairman tried his best to get the air working, but was unable to get my 25 year old unit to work. Next morning, they scheduled for an estimate meeting for the cost of a new unit. The price was everything included. The installment was quick and prompt. The installers were polite and very knowledgeable. They were very careful with my floors by having drop cloths and cleaning the area. Four hours later, my ac was replaced!. That night, quality control (Matt) checked everything and went over my paperwork! They are the BEST! The cost was very reasonable for bigger ac with better SEER.

They came and gave us an estimate. 3 days later they installed the unit. They left everything clean, removed all the trash and hauled it away. We were very satisfied with their professionalism, promptness and explanation of how system and thermostat work.

The installers came in at the appointment time. They removed my old system, located in my garage, and installed a new Carrier 3.5 ton a/c and heat system. They replaced all connecting tubing. The manner of work was done most professionally. The finished product was by far cleaner and better looking than the old unit.

Sales consultant, Matt, was very professional, very prompt and explained the products so that I could understand. He answered all question, even the dumb ones. The install team was just as professional and prompt. They were indeed a team; each one had specific tasks. They told me the installation would take about 6 hours and it took 6 hours. Matt, the sales consultant, returned at the end of the install to go over the operation of the new system and make sure everything was operational. He had the rebate forms all completed and ready for a signature. He even dropped the forms off at the post office. I was very pleased with the entire process! I would highly recommend Sunshine A/C. The only reason for the ding on price in the evaluation above is because nobody wants to part with that much money but I'm not sure anyone else could do a better job.

Sales rep, Mathew, was personable, knowledgeable and professional in evaluating our needs and describing system options. He also followed up to ensure the job went well. The installers, Alan and Joe, were very expert and pleasant. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and diligently, and respected us and our home. They left everything clean, neat and in order. Best of all, our new HVAC system works great. We are so pleased with Sunshine and recommend them very highly.

We have used this business for three years. They have always been punctual and professional. We get a reminder twice a year to schedule service for the upcoming season. Really like this business!!

We looked up on Angie's List for our quotes. Sal was wonderful. Provided a ton of information. Spent a lot of time with us and going through options, etc. There were only 2 reasons we went with Duncan instead. The wireless thermostat was a big deal to us. The second was we wanted a Trane. Sunshine uses Carrier, not that they are not a great company, Anyone considering a purchase like this definitely needs to check these guys out also and go with your needs.

Technician did a thorough check of the system. Reviewed thermostat controls to answer questions and replaced premium filter that only needs annual replacement. System had been installed a year earlier with excellent quality and attention to detail

They were fine. I feel the prices were fair and the work was done correctly. I didn't have any issues which is remarkable for some of the contractors around here.

All went well. Mike was very professional and extremely helpful. I joined their comfort club.

We called the Belleview 245-1139 number and asked for a sales appointment. Tina was more than happy to schedule Sal to come over and meet with us to discuss giving us pricing to change our out dated unit. Sal did an energy calculation of our home and quoted us a far & cost effective system. Sal was very professional & courteous. We spoke to Mary and scheduled out install. The guys showed up on time and ready to work. Unaware of the black snakes that were mating in the front shrubs, until we were seeing dozens of them. Joe was unafraid! he was out side with them and working away. Alan was the inside man, he was respectful of our home & belongings. I have been in this home for over 30 years and never have I had such a great experience with a service company. Alan & Joe provided excellent service and their company should be commended for having very professional technicians. We regard them with the up most respect. Sunshine AC should be very proud to have such professional technicians in their company. We are very glad we chose Sunshine A/A we would highly recommend to to anyone, Oh and we will also get our 1st cleaning on the new system next year at no charge to us.

I called the office and spoke to Ms Linda she was able to get me an appointment the same day because my unit was not cooling., she was very polite and told me that their office would call me when the technician was about to arrive. April called and said my tech was on his way and should be there shortly. Sure enough 20 min and he was here. Robert was the very nice young man that found out why my unit was not cooling right. With in an hour Robert had us running and cooling. While Robert was diagnosing the unit I was on The Sunshine A/C web site where I found a copy of their Cleaning Check list. Once I showed my husband everything that they do, he asked Robert if he had to time clean the unit. Robert smiled at my husband and said with pleasure, let me finish the repair check the pressures and I will get right too it.` We are very grateful for the wonderful people that Sunshine has working for them. They are prompt, polite and professional. In this day and age its very hard to find any type of company that has Great Customer Service Skills and we found it with Sunshine A/C. They even advertise 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on their web site.

They were very professional with the whole transaction but in my opinion it was not worth $123.00. It was a basic service that other AC places charge $39-$59 for. The tech was in a hurry and did very little. He was here not even 30 minutes. I thought the vents would be checked, they weren't. The unit cleaning was very brief and cleaned nothing. He just told me how to clean it. Overall I was not happy with the price for the services rendered. Ocala Air does what they do for less than half the price. I called them because their sticker was on the unit and we had just bought the place. Never again.

Matt had found that our AC overflow pipe that ran outside was completely clogged. He worked for over two hours to insure that the pipe was cleared. He informed us of their comfort club annual maintenance agreement that would have removed the $126 fee. We told Matt we were interested in more info and would call on Monday or Tuesday to get more info. We are very happy with the GREAT service provided by Matt and Sunshine Air Conditioning. We will also be participating in their comfort Club program.

I have never had any problems. They are always on top of things. They are very honest, helpful and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went very smoothly. Sal presented the company and the product very effectively. The price was slightly more than another estimate we had, but the Angie's list references made the difference. The technicians arrived as scheduled, were very professional, and were putting the last things in their truck at the time we were told they would be done.after carefully cleaning up any debris Great job. Sal returned at the time he said he would to show us about the features and how to program the thermostat. He was very through in his instructions since it was a new type. Overall it went as smoothly and as timely as presented during the initial visit.

Their office called me several times for the appt and also to let me know when exactly the service guy is going to be coming. The service guy showed up on time and located the problem and fixed it before I could say hello! The prior provider had recommended to change the whole unit! "Phil" came and said he will look into it. By the time I checked an hour later, he had fixed the problem already. The otffice called for payment of approx $126, which was appended to the repair bill when I reached home. I never saw the guy, but they did a great and efficient job. Highly recommend!

The first technician Phil was excellent. He checked the units inside and out after determining all the freon was out. He told me about using nitrogen as a cheap way to do a compressor leak test vs. adding expensive freon. I agreed to the test and soon we could hear the hissing as the nitrogen escaped through a hole in the outside unit. We discussed options, he was sincere, told me about the rules on use of freon about to change and the system being at about it's normal life and problems possible later even if they put in a new compressor. Phil was a fellow veteran and I was impressed with his workmanship and professionalism as well as industry knowledge. He told me their sales guy, Sal, could give me a quote on a new system and was a former technician who was very good. Phil called the office and said Sal would be out shortly. Sal arrived before Phil left, got the situation from Phil and immediately starting gathering data on the size of the house, construction, and windows to size a replacement Carrier System and provide a quote. Sal said he would seek approval to give us credit for our service call. I was impressed with his description of the workmanship that distinguishes Sunshine from other providers. The Carrier warranty was 10 years on all components and five years on all labor and included a superior humidity sensitive thermostat and high efficiency filter that only required annual replacement. Sunshine had a 10% satisfaction guarantee and was a recent winner of the Carrier President's award. I told Sal I wanted to get a couple more quotes and would make a decision the next day. After getting quotes from other suppliers of other top rated systems we went with Sal based on warranty and workmanship promised. Technicians Allan and Jesse came as promised and did an outstanding installation job that represented top workmanship. Sal came out and inspected the work. Sal under-committed and over-delivered. Sunshine did what he promised. He spent a great deal of time answering our questions and making sure we knew how to use our new system. Sunshine is a reflection of great employees like Sal, Phil, Allan, Jesse and Tiffany. We recommend them for HVAC sales and service where they seem to stand head and shoulders above the competition.

They are very dependable. They have an excellent service and have good personnel. They are properly priced. We are just totally satisfied with them. We signed up for regular contact, but on an annual basis it's about a $100.

It's a very fine company and does a very good job.

They were very professional and completed the job within 5 hours. They gave me an extra 5 year warranty for the service if I call them each year and pay the service fee. I got a 10 year warranty on the unit itself. I would recommend and buy from them again.
