Description of Work: Got rid of fire ants going in my unit outside. Another time he reset my thermostat. Four years ago he put in a new vent in my master bedroom. I have found him to be reasonable, honest and competent.

Description of Work: Made an appointment with Doug to show up Saturday, the 7th in the morning, on the 6th. He never showed or never called! Very disappointed in his service!

Doug Higgenbotham preforms excellent work. Doug is very quick and explains the process thoroughly. He is very responsive and available. He is also very professional and knowledgeable. The price is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend his services to anyone.
Description of Work: Sensible Air & Heat serviced my AC unit, checked the filter, nd changed the battery in my thermostat. Doug the owner also checked the Heating and the AC units to make sure they were operating properly.
