Precision Curb & Landscape

I cannot say enough great things about Larry, his brother Carl and the rest of the guys. He started our job after we first talked to him 4 months later, yes that's a long time but if he could have started the following week I would have been more worried. He stopped by the house regularly or called to tell us how he was doing with his work load and when he would get to us! He started on Monday and has exceded our expectations even with me changing my mind along the way!! These men work hard, are polite and clean their job site daily. They're extremely knowledgeable about plants, irrigation and design!! They are a fantastic company and we would highly recommend them!!

Very pleased. Hard, conscientious workers. Larry the owner did a good job communicating and kept us informed about delays due to weather, which was much appreciated. The quality of the work is much better than I anticipated and looks great! He made the process easy as he took care of all the permits required in our community. All I had to do was go to the office and sign my name. They also took care of all the landscaping associated with widening the drive.

All work was done extremely well and looks fantastic.

Deposit of $1500 was returned with interest.

We paid them for half of the work. The contractor and owner insisted on paying half to order materials. Now he's not answering back and when calling the office they said they can't do much since the contractor isn't answering. They're not dependable and don't follow their contracts. They also don't clean up since I had to pick up their mess.

WE called Larry and he returned the call, came out gave us our estimate, was very professional. His workers came as scheduled and did a very good job we are very pleased with the curbing and look forward to doing work with him in the future.

A two day job. Day one was prep ground, lay/build forms, place steel rods and post permit. The next day the inspector signed off on the site and the third day their crew met the cement truck and poured and smoothed the cement. Left me with instructions on watering during the curing time and care thereafter. Nice job.

The finished results could not possibly be better - extremely satisfied customer. Company owner and staff very courteous and professional. We did experience frustrating back ups and delays and "No Shows" - but all was completed within the original time period quoted at the start.

They did a great job from beginning to job completion. I called Precision based on a referral from a neighbor. I called the owner (Larry) and scheduled an appointment to provide an estimate. He arrived at the agreed to date and time. We discussed the proposed job and he understood my requirements and immediately measured the garden beds. Larry reviewed my curbing options and explained what and how the work would be performed. After agreeing to the terms and estimated cost we agreed on a schedule for the work to be done. Once again, his crew arrived as promised. They worked thoroughly and professionally installing the curbing. After the installation they cleaned up the construction debris. The following day they returned (after concrete had time to set) and restored the lawn and flower beds to their original condition. After all the work was complete a walk around was done with one of the installers to insure I was satisfied with the job. They also stayed within their estimated cost. All in all, the job was performed quickly and looked great. I would recommend this firm to anyone wanting garden curbing.

I took two hours off from work in the morning so that Larry could come by to provide an estimate for a brick paver patio. Appointment was for between 9am and 10am. Larry was a no show. I called and he said he had a wedding over the weekend and that he mixed up the timing of my appointment. Keep in mind the estimate appointment was on a Tuesday. He checked his calendar while on the phone with me and confirmed that he had missed the appointment. He apologized and offered to reschedule but that was it.

Their estimate was in the mid range. They had a good quality product and good installation method. They did the job in two days. They did a good job, I was very happy with it.

Came to quote and get deposit quickly. Slow and not good at following his own timeline. Looked great when finished. Nice cleanup and nice folks. You must have patience.

He is very honest and a holds himself to a high a standard. He takes the time to explain everything to you. He will be doing renewcrete for my driveway. He is very fair.
