I was expecting them in the morning they did not show up. I called, I texted, and got no reply. It was after 6 PM that he called me. Valid excuse but he could have and should have called or texted me back in the morning

Very polite and helpful. Brought a young helper and did a great job. He will be back for more in the future.

Called right away and showed up when promised. Work was done as explained. I'm very satisfied with this contractor.

Painted a difficult to get to part of my house, great job, safety conscious, and a great price.

Pro did work I asked--then suggested floor of lanai be painted, I then agreed. Pro assured that he was able to do the work and wouldn't take advantage of me. The Pro suggested patio be done also. I thought about it and decided to have work done. My neighbors had watched how the work was being done because they just had their lanai painted. They told me that the Pro hadn't done all the steps that their company had done. Not too long after work was done it started to peel. I tried to contact the pro several times with no reply. I then contacted Home Advisor and told them what was going on. They tried to contact the pro and eventually after several tries were able to. Pro told them that he had called me but couldn't get a hold of me. He then told me he had the wrong phone number. The pro didn't contact me to repair the peeling. So Home Advisor turned it over to the department that handled claims. Word was that he was not going to repair his poor workmanship. I asked that he call me prior to coming so I could have someone with me. He then showed up at my house and told me it was something I had done that caused the problem. This was totally untrue. He asked me where the left over paint was and I said I didn't know because I knew nothing about it. He was accusing me of doing something with it. I told him I had drank it. I then told him what my neighbor said and he called them a name. I told him I had paid a lot of money to have this work done and he said I didn't pay squat. At that point I told him I was done and went into my house. I then told him I was going to contact the attorney general and I got the sweetest email back. He did the work spending a total of approx. 2 hours. I hope it will work this time. After he left my neighbor told me he had gone over to him and told them that I had spilled something on it. My neighbor told him he did not do work like his company had. Again I hope this will work, I do not want to see the "Pro" again. Let me tell you that when I am calling him pro and use it very loosely because I don't believe he is qualified.

He has experience, his prices are good and he'll call you back.
