First let me start by saying Beenie was a great guy. This review isn’t for the tech. This review is on the two hour late show. Talked to the mgr and made excuses from the hurricane and didn’t own this issue. The free repairs on their website site was only for the 89.00 trip charge. So the if we are late the repair is free. Not true at all. Also. The cost to sure the smart doorbell was 326.00. Absolutely insane. I had already installed the smart doorbell. The transformer was tested and good by Bernie and he wired my chime box. That’s it. No equipment was needed. Just wiring! So in summary. This is the absolute worst company for any electrical needs and don’t worry you will never get my business again. To say again. The tech was great that came out. This is more a review of the management and company

Benny is the best person that we have ever met. Gotta say wow to the whole team. They made sure that we are taken care of & it was done quickly & with care in one day. Sparky has the best electrical company that we have ever seen. We will definitely stay with your company. We can't thank u enough for your great team & Benny is awesome. Good work installing and cleaning up

This is a WARNING!!! DO NOT use Mr. SPARKY ELECTRIC. This man in the photo came to my home I needed some work done. His name is [name removed]. I opened the door to my home to let him in. It was the only light we had since all the shades was drawn. He kept staring at me and telling me i look and sound like im from New York which I am. But his stares was making me very uncomfortable. The door was open wide when we went in there & then he slammed the door shut. And locked the door knob handle. U can clearly see all this in my "video surveillance cameras" in the house. I was sitting down and he locked it. It was very dark in there. He stopped talking and had a crazy look in his eyes.At that point I knew I was in trouble. He was just staring at me. So I thought fast. As I knew I was in a dangerous situation. So I distracted him and started to talk & point then I got up real fast and he tried to stand in front of me as I ran for the door and body slammed me but thank God I had opened the door and was able to get outside fast!! Let this be a warning to all women NOT to use them this guy should be in jail. I reported it and I'm so Lucky I have it on My video surveillance cameras in the apartment. And its taped on 2 different angles and u clearly see All He does on the tapes! Stay far away from this Company. [name removed] either has done this before or is a rapist/ serial Killer in the making. His blank stare and him being out of touch with reality for those few minutes definitely traumatized me. Never again I learned my lesson. It can even happen when you call someone over for work. I tried calling the Boss several times to Alert him but he never gave me a courtesy call back. I take some blame myself I was not thinking clearly. Recent widow (2 weeks). Gross overcharged to $358.75 for 20 min. install. I've checked with two other companies; this was gross overcharge. Talk about being taken advantage of in a bad time. Called company about never receiving a receipt & overcharge. He agreed, stated return some money. That's last I heard (4 weeks).

This company boasts the following guarantee on their website "When you make an appointment with Mister Sparky, we’ll make an appointment time and keep it, or else the work is on us." However on Monday March 8th they called me at 1030 in the morning to cancel my 12-4 appointment window and stated they could not come till Friday. My kitchen had already been torn apart that day in anticipation of Mr Sparkys arrival. Joe the branch manager said that my project is not covered because they communicated with us! They clearly did not keep the appointment. There is no since we communicated clause in this guarantee whatsoever. Joe's regional manager has refused to discuss the matter with me and Joe will not share his contact information. PS their estimate was more than 3 times higher than other electricians in this area. No wonder they don't want to cover the bill. They think it's outrageous also!

Not well, new electrician, fan in lanai not completed & unable to turn on with switch, I had to go search for right length of rod on fans. They had to come back 3 times to complete job and correctly fix closet light. Added charges each time came & tried to charge extra for coming back the 3rd time to finally get the closet light to actually work correctly, continued to do the same thing it was doing after 2 times & on the 3rd day someone who actually new what they were doing got it fixed. The closet light was my main concern as it seemed to me to be a hazard. The 2nd day the new electrician came with a different guy purportedly “more experience”. They fixed the lanai fan on the 2nd day & thought they fixed the closet light but didn’t & charged me for the 2nd trip here. I refused to pay the 3rd time as I felt if they didn’t fix it the 1st time I shouldn’t have had to pay more, although they did fleece me for the 2nd trip here!

1 ST OUT, HE SAID WIRING WAS GOOD, MUST BE WATER HEATER. CALLED THE FACTORY AND SENT ANOTHER. Again, no power to wh, he came out back out, still no conculison. Went to home depot. bought another Rheem, he came out again and realized one of the fingers in the breaker box was broken off. he moved my two dlb 40 amps to a vacant space and then it worked. 2 weeks with no hot water, wife was mad. will no recommend sparky again.

Joseph checked the fuse box, all the exterior outlets and washer and dryer connections. He finally found the source of the problem and repaired it. Very professional to do business with.

Everything seemed fine at the time At the suggestion of the technician I had all of the circuits replaced and a whole house surge protector installed. A week later I discovered that there was no power to my sprinkler system. Another tech came out and discovered an unconnected wire. At that time he also found that none of the screws on one whole side of the panel box had not been tightened. A poor job for the amount of money paid. The job was finally done correctly but should have been done right the first time.

Very expensive, researched other electricians after the service and found they were about 50% less and that is a lot of money when bill was $950.00

Ok, pleased with work but way overpriced!

Pretty well....once we negotiated a better price. I was shocked at the original price and their inability to give me the information ahead of their visit.

Fine. Workers were friendly, seemed efficient. What I didn't like was the fee they charged. It was three times what I expected! I paid the workers and called the company to discuss. Received no satisfaction. Will not use again!

Start to finish everything went as planned. In and out in a few hours. Now my home's electrical panel is up to modern day code and works great with no worries!
