Exceeded my expectation and work was done the same day!

I paid almost 7,000 dollars and do not have electricity. This cost included the permit of 54 dollars and the wire going out of bottom of pole and meter housing and electric box but not the pole or the 3 prong head. Inspectors available NEXT day from making appointment. I paid this ridiculous amount of MONEY AS I AM IN AN UNSAFE environment in Miami. I paid as everything as it was supposed to happen fast. No inspector appointment scheduled and I cannot scheduled it myself as I was not the one that pulled the permit. Permit pulled Wednesday but its Monday noon and no inspector still scheduled. So sad I overpaid and still have no electric thus I have no way to access well water. I cannot move without WATER. If I knew how to hook a generator up to the well I would have moved in and not paid almost 7,000 as I could have shopped around. Unreal. The quality of work may be excellent but review requires stars and without electricity who cares if it is excellent electrical work.

The technician was very professional great personality but the cost to do the job that he did was extremely expensive

Justin was wonderful! He took the laundry list of items we had (since we just purchased the house) and found some new things (it's a 1959 house with old wiring) so we were grateful to have someone so knowledgeable to get us thru. this upgrade.

The first appointment was rescheduled because they could not fit me in. The second appointment was canceled because I did not answer my phone from an anonymous number. I work overnights and do notanswer any nonemergent phone calls while sleeping. When I set up the appointment, I explained that I worked overnights and was told it was not an issue. I will not reschedule a third time.

Hired him to upgrade the fuse box, did not seem to know how to do so ended changing the load from one circuit to another at our request. That was unplugging an item and plugging in a different area. Charged $270.

The overall service was good... but, the price was way too high!

Professional, got the job done. A bit pricey is the only negqtive...
