They showed up on time. Polite and efficient. The repair job was less expensive than I expected. I would use them again. The only complaint is that the technician didn't wear a mask. However, he kept a safe distance from me. Definitely dependable.

I was originally quoted $780 to replace two outlets and a transformer. Pricing way above what I expected, so I called manager. After much discussion he agreed to an adjusted pricing, which satified me.

Had to have the a/c wiring redone to bring it up to code. The Electrician was Jody Barbes and he did an exceptional job on a 50 year old house. The office in Ocala is also exceptional in contact and securing the permits I needed for the job. They also had Duke Energy out on time to disconnect and then reconnect the power. Great job and service by all. thank you!!

Very good pro, very knowledgeable and took time to explain. Came back out to make sure job was done right with no extra charge.

The technician came out and looked at our fuse box and tried to sell us a surge protector. He said the cost of the job could be from $200-$1000 depending on how involved. His estimate was $369, plus whatever parts we would need. We decided NO. A few days later, a manager called and cut the bill in half, that sounded more reasonable. He said Technician would call Monday. A week and a half later, have not heard a thing! I posted on my neighborhood site, found a REPUTABLE electrician and got the work done immediately for a lot less than Mr. Sparky. This electrician came out, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed and us up and running within 45 minutes.

Not going to say that things didn't start off rocky. I'm also not going to say that was their fault. They correct any mistakes, even for that of the city. They did a professional job and I was quite satisfied, in the end.

Did a great job. Stayed late to finiish the job.
