Justin was wonderful! He took the laundry list of items we had (since we just purchased the house) and found some new things (it's a 1959 house with old wiring) so we were grateful to have someone so knowledgeable to get us thru. this upgrade.

Hired him to upgrade the fuse box, did not seem to know how to do so ended changing the load from one circuit to another at our request. That was unplugging an item and plugging in a different area. Charged $270.

The overall service was good... but, the price was way too high!

Mike Kelly was great. He recommended possible repairs scenario's and walked through the costs and advantages of each repair. I can't say enough about his demeanor and professionalism. He cleaned up when the job was done and even quoted me some future repairs. Thanks Mike!

I was very satisfied with their service.

I first hired Mister Sparky on the 17th of April 2021, with an installation date on the 24th of April 2021 between 8a-12n. I received a call at 11a on the 24th of April 2021 from Mister Sparky to cancel & reschedule due to an emergency electrical issue that rendered them not being able to make my appointment. We rescheduled for the following Monday, the 26th of April 2021. Unfortunately, I received a call stating that they would NOT be able to make it out to complete the requested job, again! This time without an excuse. First impressions: I would never again consider Mister Sparky, even if the services were free. Two thumbs down for my personal experience and one half of a star was too much but the least that was allowed.

Very prompt and quick very helpful

There was a lot trying to oversell. He went thru all kinds of packages Gold, Silver and Bronze. of retrofiting my whole house. I told HomeAdvisor and an agent from Mr. Sparky what the **the only service I wanted** was. What a waste of our time. At least, he repaired my wall plug nicely.

PATRICK from Mr. Sparky was wonderful, as well was his associate Aldo. Patrick kept us informed every step, verified with us a diagram of what we wanted and guided us through some pointers on how it would look as his suggested, to see it really helped when making a very important decision. We combined both his suggestions and it turned out AMAZING. He delivered exactly what we wanted. We loved Mr. Sparky teams. Their neatness teamwork and professional. They worked well. Not easy to cleaned up dust off ee recessed light. We had a very tight window of time to get this project completed. Mr. Sparky and I, are lucky to have Patrick and his associate on this project. Patrick delivered what he said was going to. He said it is going to look very nice when he'd be done. He was surely right. We are extremly appreciative. They gets 5 stars or an A Thank you, DJ

Technicians were knowledgeable and personable. Showed up on time for each appointment. We're happy with the results of both projects we needed done.

Professional and efficient.

Micah was very good at trouble shooting the problem of a ground fault that continued to trip. He found several issues that needed to be addressed and completed the job and gave a detailed explanation of how to monitor the ground faults function.

I was sent a friendly, professional and knew technician named Micah. Fast and detailed work was completed in a short time and i look forward to his return to rework the main panel.

They did get the job done on time and I assume it was appropriately done. However, there was no cleanup done. The biggest factor was the outrageous price! Double any other, but with Thanksgiving in a couple of days and company coming to visit from another country, I was forced to use their services. Never again!!! Hold on to your wallet or purse.
