Quality of work was great, however, their business practices are questionable! Cost for work done was OUTRAGEOUS & caused my mother a financial hardship! Dennis did a great job! Severely overcharged for product & labor! We are now questioning choosing HomeAdvisor to search for qualified, ethical businesses.

Fast efficient friendly and very knowledgeable, had my problem repaired immediately.I would definitely use them again.

The electrician was a five star but it was a little pricey

It started out rough and when I called to the office to speak to a manager we got the most incredible service experience from Jason DeSantis. He turned the whole thing around and deserves five stars for making that happen! It is so hard to find a company in any service industry that follows through with such integrity as Jason did for Mister Sparky. We could not be more pleased and plan on using them again when we’re finishing up all the renovations and have some last touches that need wiring. Thanks to Jason, we’ll be a loyal customer and positively tell others!

Very satisfied with the work done and the friendliness of the workers. My reason for a not so favorable review their estimates were extremely high.i got other estimates that were only 1/4 the price of Mr Sparky

way over price for work done. the work done was good. the electrician was very good.

Found issues I was not aware of and corrected them fast and effectively. Went the extra mile and when the service tech had an emergency call, customer service notified me prior to my appointment.

Dennis was the Tech sent out to diagnose the electrical problems at our home! He explained different possibilities that could be causing the problem!After changing out several outdated breakers and checking the electrical panels,he solved the most crucial problems . When we get the rest of the problems related to our non functional irrigation system {the Pump ) replaced We will most likely continue working with Mr.Sparky!

On Time, they call ahead when coming and you receive a picture identification with name of service person .
