Leo showed up at 7:30 am and went to work. Removed all the bushes and cleaned up the area. He and his crew took down two old almost dead trees and raked up all the debris. They loaded it all on their trailer and left the place looking great. My neighbors were as pleased as I was

Did not use at that time, but I will consult him in the future. Decision was made to put off the project until a later date.

Leo came and went over what I was looking for. I received an estimate in mid-December and we discussed a few changes. I thought the price reasonable and gave him the go ahead. He an his crew came out in Mid-January and completed the job (which included transplanting 2 palms from a neighbor) on time. I was pleased with that effort. He also worked on the irrigation system and had that working (I thought). I noticed a week or so later that the irrigation system wasn't hitting all the plants. Leo came out and readjusted it and had to redo some of the connections (including running new wire to the control box which he replaced). We had a storm (high wind and rain) that resulted in the palm falling over. They came out again and dug the whole deeper and set the palm. Toward the end of February I started contacting Leo about the doing the Bahai and replacing a few plants that had died. The response was "we'll come out soon". I asked him again in mid-April and was told he'd be out at the end of the month. Leo came out in mid-May and completed the seeding, adjusted the irrigation system again and replaced several plants that had died. He also rebuilt the empression wall and capped off a broken sprinkler head. Both of these were the result of a tree removal and stump grinding that was done after the tornado just missed. We talked about the irrigation system and the need to have it replaced at some point. We also went over the "missed" contacts and I had a much better understanding as well as some guilt in the process. I give Leo high marks for this patience and continued efforts in helping me finish the landscaping. I plan on using his services again!

The job was rushed and shoddy. The foundation was not laid properly, after the first day ants started coming up between the bricks and grass now grows between the bricks. Some of the bricks came loose after a few days. The edges of the patio looks unfinished and was not reinforced, when it was mentioned we were told that it could be fixed for an additional cost.

We purchased the landscape design package for 49.00 and were very pleased with the design created. Leo was timely and very polite. Although we did not hire him for the landscaping we had designed (it was a very large job and wasnt in the budget at the time) we did hire him to put in pavers and a fire pit - it turned out beautiful! We were very pleased with the work that was done and would definitely hire him back. We referred him to my sister and the work he did there was also extensive and turned out very nice. They have hired him back to do more work.

Leo responded back in a timely manner. He is polite and knowledgeable but unfortunately I cannot use the deal at this time.

I have about 2 acres of land that I needed cleared of leaves. The job consisted of 2 large side yards and the surrounding house. I searched on Angie's list for such services and Leo's popped with a "Buy It Now" offer described as "Leaf and Debris cleanup and disposal, 4 hours (2 guys for 2 hours) Sounded just like what I needed. I knew it was a big job but the ad also said "additional hours for an additional fee". So I paid for the service online. First i get contacted and he tells me he''s all booked up, but he can come out 1.5 weeks later on a Sat. Had I know that I wouldn't have purchased the services. But I already paid so I agreed. So now Sat morning arrives, he shows up around 8:30. I point out what I want done, he can see the size of the job there is no doubt as to what has to be done. They get started. To my amazement, first I notice they do not have the proper equipment just leaf blowers and a rake. I was expecting people with Leaf Vacs, or at least large tarps that they can blow the leaves onto, and cart away. They do not have enough capacity to cart away all the leaves I have, and after 2.5 hours they leave me with basically what I started out with. To his credit he did work an additional 1/2 hour, and he did take about 10 large bags of leaves, but I still have about 50 more bags to go. I have a 100 ft drive with grass on both sides, not done, I have 10ft planters at my entrance gate, not done, the side yards not done, all that was done was to blow out the leaves from 2 10x10 ft planters at my front door, a 30 ft circle in my drive, and the driveway in front of my garage. about 1/10th the total job. I knew it was a lost cause when I saw them on their hands and knees loading the leaves into garbage bags with their bare hands. I went outside and told him I have no problem paying for more time, and he said he couldn't stay he had other jobs. He tried to explain to me that he doesn't really do cleanup he's a "Landscaper" he just does this Angies list thing to get in the door so then he can sell Landscaping services. He tried explaining to me that he did a lot for $200 and that I couldn't get it done anywhere else cheaper. It was all about him you know. Firstly, if he doesn't do cleanup then he shouldn't be advertising the services. I don't appreciate paying money for the sole purpose of being up-sold other services, and he didn't honor working longer for an additional fee. He never asked about the size of my property, he could have told me when he arrived that the job was too big and he couldn't do it. I would have preferred he just refund my money and leave. But all he said was, "I better get started!" He seems to think that my entire motivation behind hiring him was to pay him $200. He doesn't seem to understand that my motivation to hire him was to have my yard cleaned, the whole job, not just $200 worth. I waited almost 2 weeks for this guy and I'm pretty much where I started, looking for someone to come out and clean my yard. I've never met such a narcissistic jerk in my life. I can't understand the reviews where he is described as professional. I found the opposite to be true. A waste of my time and money.

Leo's a great guy. Listens well and has good ideas.

Leo shows up when he says and completed the work as promised in the bid. Very trustworthy and professional. Love my new plants and my pineapple guava hedge that he suggested which I never would have thought of. Great guy overall.

I looked him up, called him for a meeting, and he gave me a price that was too much. We couldn't hook up for some time, because of my health. He got back to us with the quote within a week, but we decided it was too expensive for us, and so we didn't use the service. It was just out of our range. Leo came down and talked to us. He was extremely professional, polite, and he did a good job. I just couldn't afford. It surprised me how much it would cost to do it. I could have probably have said let's do the front this year, and the back next year, but we decided to do it as a package. It was much more than I expected.

Leo and his crew were punctual, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Leo was willing to work with us and make changes we requested as the work progressed. Work was started on time and completed quickly. We are extremely happy with the results.

My wife and I could not be more pleased. Leo helped us to plan our project and provided a cost estimate that was very reasonable. On the day the project, Leo showed up 20 minutes early and was 'ready to go'. His assistant, Alex, was extremely polite and went out of his way to make sure our landscaping project looked nice. I have not used Leo's Landscaping service in the past, but I will definitely use them in the future. We are truly happy and pleased with the work that was done. Great job!

No mess! I was hesitant about the rock-filler color, Leo explained the how water will change the coloring and after a short time the rocks will darken. Their workmenship was excellent. All my questions were answered as the work went along. My neighbors have been raving about my landscaping. This is a company that I will go back to for the remainder of the work I have in mind.

Leo and two assistants arrived promptly in the AM, determined the amount of dirt needed, and returned in the PM to finish the job. They were efficient and charged only $25 over the deal price for the fill.

The job was not a big one he actually corrected a problem created by another landscaper. Leo knew what to do by just looking at it, getting the materials and returning to fix the problem. I should have called him in the very beginning rather than use another non reputable landscaping company. I will definitely call Leo in the future for any landscaping needs and highly recommend him.

He does a good job. We call Leo whenever we need stone, plants, or help with sprinklers. We have been using his services for about four years and he has done a lot of work for us. If my husband asks anything from Leo, he is very responsive. He usually is able to complete the work within a couple of days. We always recommend him to our neighbors and he does a lot of work around our neighborhood.

He is very honest, clean, thorough, and punctual. I would recommend him and would use him again in the future.
