Description of Work: Had leak in roof, they came and found the problem gave me an estimate and told me to call if I wanted in done. I calledlater that evening to set up appointment, was told they could be here in one week. Later in the evening I hear work beingdone on the roof, they were in the area and decided to work late to take care of the problem. Finished the workat 7:00 PM and said they would bill me. Two days later bill arrived under the quote. I was of course pleased with serviceand cost. Lucky me, as it rained the next day.

Description of Work: This roofer told me he saw no problems with my roof which is leaking inside my house plus numerous spots on the enclosed porch. I shared what two other roofers told me was the problem and he agreed that might be a problem and offered to fix that situation for 300.00. I was amazed as the other two bids were for 600.00 and 800.00 but those bids included completely re doing the top of the enclosed porch which he said had no problems.I hired him thinking I was saving money and the problem would be resolved but he never showed up. His secretary called two weeks later and asked if I was still interested in them doing the work and was my roof still leaking? I said of course it was but why didn't they call to tell me they were not coming. She said they got busy with all the rain and I said the rain stopped them from working so they would have had plenty of time to make phone calls. Just a warning that they are reliable but also I don't know how much this man knows about roofing since he didn't find a problem when my ceiling is wet and two windows have water dripping from on top during any rain.My house is a manufactured home in the Villages. A couple of companies I have called from Angies List wanted to know the extent of the damage and how bad the roof was leaking. I said I wasn't sure how to rate that and wondered why they asked. They said they were coming from a great distance and it might not be worth it to come that far.

Description of Work: Remove solar panels & replace on completion. Remove old roofing, replace rotted wood where necessary, remove & replace all vent stacks, install new undercoating/paper, seal all seams, install new shingles
