He comes to give a quote. He gives you a book during quote about how to care for your floor. WARNING SOUNDS NICE BUT NOT! This book is his guarantee if there's a problem with the floor he'll tell you "I gave you the book and you didn't follow what it said". He came to do the Job and did it very well. Then he asks if you want the "coating" over the tile/grout. Claims that its a 10 year guarantee - [the workers claim they've even done it in places such as car shops and didn't need cleaning for 10 years (later we find out he's in business for just 7)]. We did the coating for almost $500 more (almost double the actual job). Less than two weeks later the floor is black again - I've been cleaning as he told me (to use the shark). I call him back he says "well you weren't cleaning it as I showed you" we only guarantee "stains" and he suggests what to do. I follow his advice which of coarse doesn't work. I call him back and he begins yelling that we didn't follow his "book", I explain that I cleaned as he said, he says the dirt from the other room (non tile floor) brings dirt it in and he can't do anything. He wouldn't even come to see. never mind the fact that he was rude. I say I'll go to the BBB and he says "so go" which I did only to find two other similar complaints. It's sad that he loses business just because he can't treat people normally. Bottom Line:Job: Well Done. Gurantee/ Customer Service: None - once your check clears he doesn't know you again.

I was getting a clients house ready for sale. It was a 6,000 sq ft home. There were stains on the cultured marble that Dave helped me find an answer for. The master bath marble floor had been ruined by the homeowner and he provided a solution for it. He cleaned all the flooring which came out beatiful, I was shocked that they came so cleaned. Dave is always available for questions. He also installs flooring and steam cleans carpet.
