It was very good. It was for seven hours of work. The day he was supposed to come he had a conflict, but he called us and rescheduled for another time, which was fine. It didn't bother us. I would recommend them. They did a very good job and they were professional.

Overall it was a very good service. We were somewhat disappointed on the criteria used for charging for the services. The provider arrived around 40 minutes late and we had to reach out to them to see what the delay was. Once here, everything ran smoothly, except after service was finished and they insisted in charging 2 hours work when in reality they only worked for 1 1/2 hours.

Perfect - very professional, very neat, timely and a pleasure to work with. Sead called me the day after after I sent my electronic message and was able to have someone there the same weekend. Thank you Sead and Angie's list!

Job took much longer than estimated and cost much more than expected. To be honest it was closer to the price I expected than the price that was estimated. However I would be skeptically of trusting their estimates. In addition they were supposed to do some repairs to a rental property we own, but after re-reimbursing them for supplies they purchase and said they would need. They never followed up to schedule the work and had a difficult time being reached. In summary, the work performed was adequate but the response time and professionalism was lacking.

He showed up on time and began immediately to fix a list of problems. First had to redirect and install a new shower head. Then several electrical problems including new outdoor switches and switch boxes, roofline spotlights and garage door lights. I was amazed that one young man could accomplish so much, so will, so quickly. I discovered a problem the next day and the tech was back asap for a final fix. I am very happy with the cost/per/hour arrangement.

Sead and his guys are in one word: fantastic. He has done all sorts of (handyman) work in my house over the last few months. He just finished a job today and its the reason why I wanted to write this review. He and his team painted the inside of my house; it was done fast and all furniture and wall decoration is back in its place as if it was never moved in the first place. The cost included the materials. I thought the price was fair. (While they were painting they actually also fixed some parts of the ceiling at no extra charge). With Sead, I know that anything big or small is done quick and professionally. He shows up on time, answers calls or texts immediately and he is just a really, really nice guy. Besides being a pro, he is honest and reliable. This week I just gave him a spare key to the house so I can come and go when I need - easy. I highly recommend him.

Sead and Sterling were terrific. Quality workmanship, genuinely nice people, honorable and trustworthy. Willing to go the extra mile for you including working until 10pm when there was no late penalty provision in our arrangement. Price was average but work was great. I would use Sead and Sterling again without hesitation.

Tony was exceptionally diligent and creative on getting things to work. He retrofitted an extender for the new ceiling fan installation which looks great. He also did troubleshooting for a bathroom fixture that needed the electrical location moved. For a young man he was definitely experienced. Everything looked professional. I wanted him to keep working so I did some of the clean up he was intending to do as he worked. The only downside was that he had to leave when we had more to do. I have a new list and have decided to use this service again soon.

Sead was simply wonderful. OMG! I paid $180 for 4 hours and it was the best $180 I've spent since I arrived in Miami over 3 years ago. ( While all of my experiences with Angie's list have been great, this is my best experience. Dihs provides Reliable high quality service. He does everything and he proved it. Sead even purchased what he might need before arriving. Once here, he was all set and did not stop working, except to ask questions and allow me to Quality Control (QC) his work. I know he's been working long days and I can understand why: I don't think there is anyone else like him anywhere in Miami. As I told him: how did I survive this long w/out him!??

The provider arrived on time and performed the work as agreed upon. They were friendly, professional, and did great work. We have already used the same company to pressure wash the deck as well, and hope to establish a long-term relationship with them.

Sead is a pro he knows how to do things he is a good handyman.

Sead is very polite, professional and detail oriented. Our master bathroom does not have a lot of space and we wanted to make the best use out of it by installing top quality materials and hardware. The bathroom was completely gutted, evrything came out: Tub, dry wall, tile, cabinets, electric, plumbing - out. Sead did everything right, from pooring the concrete to level the floor, to the last touch up of the new ceiling. Walls went in straight, the shower was water proofed, the tile was done professionally, and everything was installed straight an even. Sead takes ownership of his work and he is proud of what he does. I believe Sead #1 talent is grouting and sealing, it makes such a big difference when you see the edges and corners perfectly done. I HIGHLY recomend Sead.

Absolutely great service! They were able to schedule service in only three days, asked all the right questions up front in order to come prepared and were punctual and efficient. We had recently remodeled a half-bathroom and decided to use a handyman service to put in a new toilet and bathroom vanity. The water lines were previously capped, so this included them hooking up the water lines again, over and above the actual installation of the toilet and the vanity itself. I hadn't thought about the vanity not fitting against the wall with the new trim I installed, so they had to cut the trim for the vanity to fit flush against the wall, which was well done and didn't ruin the remaining trim (it abutted the vanity perfectly and didn't require any touch ups). Overall phenominal value for the money and very professional start to finish. We'll use them again!

They did a great job. This was not an easy task, as the rough opening for the door was very rough! The installer (Sterling) was experienced and was able to figure out the best way to get the job done.

The fan was installed properly, however, I would have appreciated it if the installer had cleaned up after the installation.

If you don’t hire this guy, its your loss! Sead is awesome and such a breath of fresh air as compared to the normal service you get in South Florida! Within less than 24 hours of placing a service request on Angies List, I was contacted by the owner and someone was at my house the next day. All three projects were completed in less than a week and the quality of the service provided was stellar! This guy is not afraid of hard work! They were accurate, fairly priced, on time, and simply perfect!

Went very well. Got it all done in 2 hours.
