Description of Work: DIHS showed up ontime and exceeded my expectations ~ patching a ceiling that was horrifically "patched" before, I seriously thought it would be unrepairable, but DIHS did beautiful plaster and drywall work, showed up for the job in a timely manner, was extremely professional, and cleaned up after the job was done. I would not hesitate to call them for future jobs!

Description of Work: I paid a flat fee for a day (8hours) of service for handyman work. I needed to have 4 closets installed, 3 fans, and a ceiling light. I had all the materials so i thought it would save time. The person who did the job was young and appeared unexperienced. He took a long time to measure the closets and find the studs. The main problem was that he was extremely slow. He only installed 2 1/2 closets, and 1 fan. I completed the one in the main room and it took me less time that it took him to instal a small closet. The quality of the job would have been a B plus had he completed MOST the work, but he didn't even finish half. He was very nice and cordial and looking back I wish I would have paid for the job instead of paying for the 8 hours ahead of time.

Description of Work: I hired them for a day of handyman service. They were going to send two people to know out four hours of work or one person to do 8 hours. I wish I kept a record of the guy's name that came. He was punctual, professional, polite, and did a great job. I had him hang large mirrors and large art. He took down a large chandelier which could have been a two man job but he handled it on his own great. He installed new light fixtures and moved some others for me. I had him do some light patching on the walls and some light painting work. He was here the full 8 hours and worked nonstop the entire time. I would definitely use them again!
