Description of Work: The blind was attached to the wall and has stayed up. The painting job is sloppy. Also, the 1/2 gallon of paint that I paid $60.00 for was left out in the rain. When I noticed it the next day I tipped it forward to let the water pour off at which time the entire top fell off and I lost most of the rest of the paint. Water had gotten in it so probably no good to keep anyway.

Thank you for your time and comments on our services. This is a situation where no one can be held at fault. Therefore, we are still willing to repaint the fascia board. Below is the statement from the technician that performed the job: THE PAINTING WAS NOT SLOPPY. HOWEVER, APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES AFTER FINAL COAT WAS APPLIED IT RAINED HEAVILY FOR 60 MINUTES CAUSING THE PAINT TO APPEAR SLOPPY AND DROOPY. AS THE FASCIA BOARDS THAT WERE PAINTED ARE AN EXTERIOR EXPOSED BOARD NOT PROTECTED FROM THE ELEMENTS I OFFERED TO REPAINT THEM IF THE CLIENT WOULD PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PAINT. THE CLIENT WAS PROVIDED WITH MY DIRECT NUMBER FOR SCHEDULING AND THE CLIENT NEVER CALLED BACK. NO PAINT WAS LEFT IN THE CAN TO BE LOST AS ALL PRODUCT WAS CONSUMED PAINTING 3 COATS OF 1450 LF OF FASCIA BOARD. I PROBABLY HAVE LEFT THE EMPTY CAN BEHIND.

Description of Work: Provider sent me a message indicating he would confirm the next day (Wednesday) if the work could be completed after 5PM. There was never any confirmation the next day. On Thursday I sent a message inquiring as to availability. Provider responded indicating a $50 would be required for a second trip. I told him there was never a first trip and he said he had an employee there from 5-545PM the day before and nobody was home. I told him he never confirmed so I did not go home. He said he sent a message and did not know why it was not received. He then said he would not perform the job unless I paid $50. I told him I would not because he failed to confirm.
