Babysoft Carpet Cleaning

It went well. They were a little late and I had to email. When they showed up they got straight to work and did exactly what I was looking for. My chair was a complete disaster of 9 years worth of torture. They were able to get it very clean. It will stay that way for a year and it will be time to replace the chair but it looks like it is brand new! Excellent job.

Spriro and his Dad worked together. Dad likes his space, don't go in there when they are working;). Nice company to support. Spiro had the right business professional and customer service. Recommend.

They did an excellent job - even putting the furniture up on little styrofoam blocks to prevent any possible damage. Whatever cleaning agent they used was effective and smelled good. They got rid of the stains which so far (about a month later) haven't reappeared.

I couldn't have been more pleased. For years I rented a Rug Doctor machine which left a lot of water on the carpet and although it did clean it, the end result couldn't compare to what I now have. Spiro and his dad were so polite and considerate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and hire them again. No more cleaning carpets myself. The result can't compare to the job they did.

So well. Fantastic. I have used Stanley Steamer in the past and they are very solid, but the result from Baby Soft truly transformed a worn out household wall to wall carpet (pets, teens, etc.) and I feel now that I can live with the carpet a bit longer. Also did dryer vent clean at same visit.

They're very nice, family owned and managed. I've been using them since I've lived up here. I tell people. People ask me who do you use, and so I'm happy to pass on that knowledge because you never know who you're gonna get or what kind of job they're gonna do and everybody likes to make sure that they're getting their money's worth. They always do a nice job. They come out at least twice a year. I have animals, so they need to do the carpets and ... so they either do the carpets and ... I think this was the second time they did the tile. Of course, you don't need to do that, that often. This is the second time since they started doing it because they didn't always do that, did not always have that service. It's relatively new, within the last couple of years. They do a lot of other things, too; like they do dryer vent cleaning, they do granite counter top cleaning, but mine are fine so I have not used them for that. Carpet cleaning - they've done the whole house carpet. I always choose the pet stains option; pet stains, pet odor or whatever - they treat the areas. They have a black light, so you can pick up any organic ... of course urine or puke. They treat it and then they also do a stain resistant layer. It's like a Chinese menu; you do everything online, you make your own appointment online and what you want and what you want them to do. It's very user-friendly. And of course they know me, so if there is a measurement of a rug that's specific to what I have on the menu, they know what I'm talking about because I've had the carpets here and they've cleaned them. I haven't gotten anything new.

They did a great job, and my carpet looks great. It's not wrinkling anymore and I would recommend them to anyone.

Shortly after I signed the contract with them, the father realized the laundry room may have been skipped in assessing the cost. After checking the contract, Spiro concurred prompting his dad to say something like 'if we missed that room in our estimate, it's free!

Excellent. Easy to work with. I ended up paying a little bit more than I contracted for with the special they had on Angie's list but that was expected on my part ahead of time as i have pets and wanted to have an extra protection put on.

I can not say enough good about this company. They were prompt, professional and performed the best services I have found in this industry!!! The last time I had this sofa cleaned I was told they would not be able to clean the piping around the edge of the cushions. I pointed this out to the gentlemen who arrived to clean my sofa. I must say, they were able to clean the piping so it now matches the color of the remainder of the cushion fabric!!! Can not say enough good about this company. They were prompt, and professional. They reviewed the types of materials to determine the type of cleaning. They were here for about 3 hours, all the stains were removed, and the house smelled wonderful ( an added bonus I didn't expect!) They even gave me a bottle of stain remover which I have used and it worked great.
