Excellent. What a beautiful job they do and what a difference it made to all the rooms in the house. Never thought that the carpet could look that good again (white carpet). Have been using Babysoft for several years now. Would never use any other company. They are definitely the best! They have also cleaned and sealed light colored tile and grout in the kitchen and bathrooms. The job turned out gorgeous.

They were very professional and please with the service, but I don't think it was that good of a service. It help but did not last very long. Within a month it look dull as before.

We are very happy with the service. Everything was written down so there was no miscommunication as to the type of service they were providing. The carpets were cleaned to our standards (and I am a very picky person). The free BabySoft Spot Remover was a big help and I wish they would put this in the market so we can buy online. Our last service was in 2014 not because we were unhappy with the job but because we had replaced most of our carpet to wood flooring. We also invested in a automatic floor cleaner but will call them again for deeper cleaning.

I've been using Babysoft for over 5 years and they are dependable, thorough and do a terrific job. I would not even consider anyone else.

Spiro and Chris did an amazing job on the carpeting in four bedrooms and one very large walk-in closet in my home. One bedroom in particular had seen heavy use and was in dire need of cleaning. All four carpets came out great- looked new!

Able to schedule for a week after I initially called. Arrived right on time, explained process to me and did a fabulous job on the carpets. Cleaned 4 bedrooms, upstairs foyer, a bonus room and stairs. I asked for them to clean an area rug as well and after looking at it, they recommended i Id not clean as it is made out of a fabric that will turn yellow when wet. i was very appreciative for that knowledge and honesty. Very thorough. Left a container of spot cleaner free of charge as well. Highly recommend!!

From start to finish they did a completely professional job, I highly recommend them and will use them again. They have an excellent work ethic and did the best they could would the impossible problem my dog created. They did do extra work to help remedy the problem and future problems too.

Babysoft’s staff responded quickly to our request for information with a detailed and honest description of how they could meet our needs. They were able to fit us into their schedule on short notice. The day of the job they arrived on time, provided a quote, and completed the entire job the same day. The cleaning covered all carpeted rooms and nearly all our upholstery. It took some effort to get everything dry again due to a cold spell but we remain very pleased with the quality of the cleaning and their ability to get the job done when we needed it.
