+ -1 moreGreat! He came out weekly with a variety of traps and baits. He explained how he would go about the elimination. He suggested a few simple repairs. He then reduced the time between visits until we both agreed that the rats were pretty much gone. Then we RE-HIRED him to install and maintain outdoor traps to ensure that our house stays vermin-free. He is very trustworthy. His rates are far better than other exterminators I had considered.
Description of Work: We had a sudden rat infestation when nearby condemned houses were demolished. We wanted them gone.

+ -1 moreHe has been doing my house forever. He is awesome and trustworthy. When I was truck driving across the country, I gave him the key to my house to go in once a month and spray. I have never had any complications with him. His work is awesome; I don’t have bugs. He comes usually around the 15th every month. I pay him $45 each month for my personal house and $45 for each one of my rental units. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: I use Spirit Pest Control every month for pest control for my personal house and my rentals.

+ -1 moreSpirit Pest and Wes are awesome, wouldnt have anyone else.
Description of Work: Spirit Pest is our regular bug guy. Usually once a month or more if we need him. He sprays the inside of the house, every nook and cranny of every room. He also does the outside patio areas. Wes is awesome. He has been spraying our bugs since 2000. We trust him so much that he has a key and just comes in and does his job whether we are there or not. We do alot of traveling so it was easier to find someone to trust then try to match up our schedules. You couldn't get anyone that cares more than Spirit Pest and no more bugs. Plus the spray he uses is safe for our pets as well. I cant say enough about Wes and his company so tell you how great they are. I wouldn't recommend someone lightly, but with Wes and Spirit Pest you can't go wrong or get any better.

+ -1 moreVery pleased with this business. Definitely does a good job. We are a VERY messy family, and we hardly ever see bugs thanks to Wesley! Wesley doesn't even complain about my embarrassing messy house!
