Response time was quick. They were on time, actually early to arrive. They did the necessary work (I can only assume) and were quick about it. I think the initial price was good. I will see them every quarter to keep bugs at bay! We have seen a few roaches since their visit; however, these bugs were on their way out (dying). I am glad to see them come out of the woodwork and die...I can only assume the 'medicine' used is working! Thank-you!

Spirit responded very quickly to my email asking for help with rats. They came to my house the same day, set traps, and put bait in the attic. They also came back a week later to get rid of all trapped rats and check to make sure that there was still atiquate bait.. I would hire them again.
