I think it's okay. They do a good job. They generally were very polite on the phone. Sometimes, it's a matter of unclogging the box or whatever for the TV and put it back in. We've been happy with their service. As far as the service goes and their help over the phone, they've done quite well.

They had good service; it just depends on the phone you purchase. The guy from Verizon really taught me a lot. He said the same towers are up there and they are all good, it just really depends on the phone. I do like their land line.
