Often as homeowners we hire thinking well it s just walls paint and dry wall, we have no clue the amount of work that it takes to make it look great. You pay for 16 years of experience. Hiring local is the best thing you can do, support the same people that support to our local economy. Thanks frank for the great job you and you team did. We had various nails we wanted taking out of the walls and retextured as well as a door seal in the front. He quoted us $800 for what he said was half a days work with his wife. The day he arrived he said he would be out in just a couple hours and brought caulking and his wife went into my bedroom to begin what I thought was an honest job. I walked in to find her parting my clothes looking. I told her there was nothing in my closet (she was supposed to be taking out nails where pictures were hung) let alone low. I wonder what she was looking for as her husband was distracting us in the living room? Jewelry box perhaps ? I do not have one thank god. This man told me after just 2 hours that I owed $900 for his work. I explained that I could only take $500 a day, and he told me to go into the bank and get the rest of his money. He had one of his guys come over and when I came back this man was up on my ladder in my kitchen, did not even ask to use it, just took it out of my spare room and there my Ladder was. Both Frank and this guy were doing the weather stripping and my husband and I both had noted how they kept smashing the front door, all of a sudden Frank told me did you know the screw holding your door handle on was stripped ? I said no way . We just had inspection and that door was used every day even to greet him to have various people in and out including himself. It was not only stripped, it was yanked on so hard it was ripped off damaging the paint and the first thing Frank could think to say was it was always there . I know for a fact they caused it. They people are shady as hell , they want it under the table and there was no receipt. He provided caulking and weather seal and used our paint and sinks to clean up so in total for just over two hours and a tube of caulking and a $20 strip of weather seal , he charged me $900. I feel so violated. In watching his wife snoop, and having him do this and damage our front door I d give them zero stars if I could. In fairness Frank offered to fix the door to my husband, but we chose to not have him back out and potentially cause more damage than he had already done. He kept making comments about us having an upmarket home and from the city. Just because we moved from Seattle does not mean we are rich, due to the 2008 housing crash we actually had virtually no equity in our Washington from home so for them to take advantage of us like they did, we have learned to be very wary of people around this area. They will never be back, I cannot recommend them to anyone, if he brings his wife, keep and eye on your bedroom ! Frank, please do not bother making up an excuse for your customer base, you ve lied quite enough. Hope you and your wife had a lovely dinner and a laugh how easy it was to take advantage of us.

My phone call was returned promptly, they gave me an estimate and realized I was anxious to get this project completed. They showed up when promised, completed the job early. The project came in under estimate. I would highly recommend them!
