Description of Work: I went to see Mr. Bill Darby with a set of drawings, that I had drawn, showing a structure that was already framed in. I needed to obtain a set of three "As Built" drawings that were approved by a licensed Florida Structural Engineer. Mr. Darby listened to what I had done, looked at the photographs of the construction, and examined my drawings. He told me what I needed to add, and drew up a full size set of plans, formated the way that Polk Country, Florida requires. He was very perfessional, and willing to work with me to accomplish the approvals needed to obtain the building permit. If he had any questions about how I built a particular feature, he called me, and we discussed that area of concern. He did everything he said that he would do, and accomplished the task in the time frame on which we had both agreed. If you are looking for a person that knows the Polk County folks and their special kirks, Mr. darby is the man. He also happens to be a nice person.
