Lee has been cleaning my home in Crestview for at least four years. She has always arrived on the day and at the time that she scheduled. If there needs to be a change in the scheduled visit she texts or calls with sufficient notice. Her skills as a cleaner are excellent. Lee cleans thoroughly each time she visits our home (we are currently on a monthly schedule). If there is a special instruction or request she always remembers to include this task. When she first came to our house the shower in the master bath needed a good scrubbing. She cleaned the shower extremely well that day and has kept it clean since. We have a four bedroom, two bath home. Lee cleans two of the four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study, a living room, family room, dining room, and the very large kitchen on every visit. It is quite a bit of work. We have two dogs and she manages to vacuum our home free of dog hair during each job.

Lee came over for the first cleaning which usually takes longer. However since I just moved into the home and had not fully unpacked Lee abbreviated her cleaning time. We will definitively ask her to come back on a regular basis. She was extremely careful with understanding all details of the job before starting and completed all work as asked. Moreover, she was extremely quiet, efficient, and thorough and clearly takes pride in her work. Of particular note is the quality of her work in the master bath shower. I have spent time in the past cleaning the shower stall which has fiberglass walls and a glass door that swings closed on a hinge. But the bottom of the door has a groove where mildew has collected and previous cleaning never fully removed all of the the black residue. Lee somehow cleaned this area so that it looked as if it had recently been installed. The sides of the shower and the door were wiped completely free of soap scum. The enclosure sparkled after she finished with it and it is now a pleasure to shower in. This is my boyfriend's home and he is very careful with his family momentos and antiques. Lee was very respectful of my boyfriend's concerns and did not touch anything that he had asked her to avoid. I could tell he relaxed after he realized that she was not going to go into rooms he had asked her to avoid or touch any of his antiques.

We have been using Twilight Cleaning Corps for over two years and it has been a WONDERFUL experience. Lee Dupraw is amazing and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cleaning service. She is very professional, trustworthy, takes great pride in her work, efficient, and is a great value! Every month she cleans our floors, counter tops, bathrooms, lights, all surfaces, and anything we ask (refrigerator, blinds, drawers, air filter change). You name it, she can do it!

Lee does a fantastic job!! She first came by (when it was most convenient for me) to look at the house so she could give me an accurate quote. She charges by the hour rather than by the square footage like most cleaning services (who can really clean a 2200 square foot home in the 2 hours the company allows and do it well? no one). I never thought I would find someone that cleans my house as good - and even better - than I do. She has cleaned things - and made them sparkle - that have been neglected for years. She pays attention to detail and even does little extras that she may come across along the way. I trust her in my home while I am at work and have had no issues. She is professional, very detail oriented, and cleans things that I, myself, have overlooked. Lee cleans my house twice a month and I love that on the weekends I can just spend time with my daughter and not have to worry about cleaning after working all week. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone - she does a great job!

I learned about Twilight Cleaning from Angie's list. I called Lee, and she promptly came to meet with me and my wife to discuss what services she would provide. On the agreed upon date, she arrived on-time and equipped with all the supplies she would require. She worked rapidly and efficiently, and took great care not to damage any of our property. We have 3 dogs, so there was lots of dog hair to deal with, but that didn't slow her down. She maintained a positive friendly attitude throughout the long work day. She did a great job, and I feel that we got our money's worth. We have already scheduled her next visit.

She's really good, and I will be hiring her on a routine basis.

It went WONDERFUL! Lee showed up on time with all the supplies she would be needing and was very professional. I was in the home while she was doing the cleaning and she worked non-stop from the moment she arrived until she completed the job. When she did have question's, she would ask me if I wanted certain things done a certain way. Her deep cleaning of my house was taylored to what we had discussed. I have already recommended her to 2 other families and will be using her again in the future.

Hours and hours of cleaning, no complaining, no breaks, no lunch, no bathroom breaks. Just lots of quiet cleaning while I was painting. If she found something disturbing, she consulted with me as to how I wanted to handle it. Otherwise, she just pressed on. My appliances looked and smelled like new when she was done. The cabinets had never been so white. The toilets again looked new. Even the tile and grout was white again. She never stopped, just work, work, work. Excellent old school work ethic, so polite and just a joy to be around. Very happy person who's obviously found her calling. Easy to work with, very flexible with scheduling challenges I faced, prompt, very respectful of people & property. She's a trooper, will bring her back for the last phase of the job for sure!!

Lee is perhaps the best cleaning person my wife and I have ever seen. I will not repeat much of what the other reviewers have already said but I do want to emphasize a few things - - Lee knows how to clean any part of the house completely, thoroughly, and efficiently. She is smart and knowledgeable of her craft. - Lee works quickly and is always busy. - Lee is ultra dependable and reliable and honest. She is extremely conscientious. - Lee works by herself. She just goes in and tackles the job and you do not have to worry about her. - Lee knows what she is doing. She is perhaps on the high end of the pay scale, but you get what you pay for. She just stared working for us a few months ago but we quickly concluded that we found the perfect person to take care of our house. I cannot imagine a better person for the job. As an aside, I see that she had one recent negative review on Angie's List. I do not know the circumstances of that review but I find it interesting that there is no commentary to go along with the rating. All I can tell you that all her other many excellent reviews truly represent who she is and what she does. You will not regret hiring Lee to work for you.

Lee is an extremely professional individual with great skills,energy and dedication. She is also a delightful lady with a very strong work ethic. I needed help with my home due to a medical issue and she went above and beyond to fit me into her already full schedule just because of her empathy for my situation. At that point we had just met, and it was only due to her kindness that I was able to have my needs met. Now that she has been to my home several times, I am still amazed at her energy and attention to detail. Lest I forget, Lee has several discounts available to new customers which she applied to all the bills I received. Honestly, I would have forgotten about the discounts if she hadn't brought them to my attention each time she gave me a bill. How many people would do that? Probably not many.

Lee does incredible work. She is a force of nature. She comes in and gets the job done. She arrives on time and packs in an amazing amount of work in a very short period of time. She is honest, reliable and trustworthy. I never worry a moment about leaving her unattended in my house. She gets everything done that we talked about and always goes above and beyond. I will contine to use her in the future and will highly recommend her to anyone who asks. I always have her business cards in my wallet to pass out to friends.

Lee is on time and does an excellent job. I have three animals and she is able to get everything clean. I highly recommend her.

very prompt. Asked about preferences on cleaning products and what work i wanted done. We needed everything done and I gave her free reign to get the work done. She brought all necessary equipment and cleaned the house per my requirements. I plan to use her on a regular basis.

Always asks if there will be a change to regular routine. Always pays attention to detail to make sure nothing gets overlooked. Has the products and equipment to do a professional job and does it timely. If there will an adjustment in arrival time due to traffic congestion or other emergency, notification is always made.

I called Lee to get quoted a price and set up a time and date. She arrived on time and did good work. I would definitely hire her again!
