Bill's work in our house is absolutely top of the line. His concern for perfection is obvious, and his pride in the quality of his work was impressive. He demo'd all the old tile and took it out of the house piece by piece without us having to order a dumpster, he worked around our travel and home schedule for when to move the refrigerator, range, and washer and dryer. In addition, he worked around and treated our two big dogs and little cat with sweetness the entire time. Bill and I worked together to design the fireplace and entryway tile areas, and he slaved over each measurement and tile cut to ensure that he laid down exactly my vision. He also reused all of our baseboards to save money, which entail removing, sanding, painting, and reinstalling each length. Bill treated our house like it was his own, and even spontaneously fixed crumbling grout around our mantle and imperfections in our walls, all without charge. His labor charge was reasonable, and he presented us with every receipt for materials. We are 110% satisfied with Bill's work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone! He is the type of true professional workman you don't see around much anymore. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

This is a one-man comany. Mr. Kaufman was a stickler for proper design and installation. Prior to beginning work, he provided extensive advice on the choice of grout and tile for both rooms. We purchaed the tile and grout we wanted and he began work. He works methodically and has great attention to detail. He won't set any speed records for tile setting but his workmanship is flawless. I'll take that any day. His pride in workmanship is obvious. He also provided good advice on choosing a sealer for the tile grout. I highly recommend him and his work. Great work at a fair price. We plan to use his services again in the future.
