+ 0 moreI would not recommend him to anyone. He took my money and ran. He lists himself as a general contractor, but he had no idea how to assist me with my project. I went to the town to see what I could do as well and it seems I'm not the only one who has had issues.
Description of Work: I hired Billy to do some work on my private dirt road. It needed to be repaired, fill in with modified stone and gravel. He was also to dig a ditch.
