They have to give a proper job to the client in order to get good results, the quality of the drawing given to me is not good, the city is not taking the drawing and has returned it 4 times.

Every little thing, you need is extra. To get a detailed report it was on top of the verbal consultation in which he could not give an estimate of repair.

I gave this rating mostly cause I need to get something done for the Engineer, so he can come back & finish up. So i can't really give a true grade ... yet.

Though we are still awaiting the final drawings for our project, the Engineer was knowledgeable and had some good insights. He was also willing to let us tear into walls and investigate the foundation depth under a load bearing wall on our own and provide photos, etc. which saved some time and money. Pricing was comparable to other companies with the same M.O. They also allowed our initial visit cost to act as the deposit on the final drawings.

Appeared quite competent. Quoted and made comparisons to industry standards. Explained himself very well. Very thorough.

Chris was awesome - had a lot of great insights. He was professional, efficient & helpful!

I had some cracks in the floor joists that I noticed in the basement and some of them were also warped. Before I repaired them I wanted to know what caused it and were the supports sound. They came in and inspected and showed me what they found and we came up with a plan to monitor and mitigate the beams. I would recommend these people for any structural issues you might have.

Needed some garage plans reviewed and stamped. They did the red lines and a set of foundation plans for me and got them fairly quickly! Thanks!

So far they came to do the analysis on two walls. They were efficient and explained everything. We hired the to do the plans.

The pricing structure quoted on the phone was different when the professional arrived. She admitted she was from the commercial side which was not ideal for me as my job was residential. They do not at all appear customer focused.
