Went poorly. It was a small project and she was supposed to have plans completed December 2020. She kept asking for an extension after she missed a deadline and promising the wire the next week. Then, she just said she couldn't do it at all, but would give me a refund on Feb 3, 2021. I told her I would accept the refund if she provided it that day and she said she would. I drove to where she was to get it, and the check she had was short of the amount do by over $100.00, with no accounting for the reason. I had given her $1500.00. Shw still would not give me the check, even short of the over $100.00 for doing nothing. She did not provide me with one single plan. She said I had to agree to sign and have notarized her paperwork for termination in order to get the check - which was not the agreement when I went to get the check, but I took the paperwork and got it notarized February 4, 2021. Since then I have been unable to connect with her to get my money back. She often ignores calls and does not keep commitments. Before passover she promised after passover. Then she promised at the end of the week, When she said she needed to order new checks. I told her I wanted a cashiers check anyway. She continued to put me off and not take calls and make promises for other dates and then miss it. Ruth Sebag started this project when hired by someone I was having do a larger project that included this railing and deck. When I cancelled with them, she said she had already one the work back in November, and I told her I would love to have it and would love to pay for it, I just wanted it soon. - time was of the essence and the other party was not looking like he was adhering to the deadlines and I didn't want to make additional payments until I knew the plans were done and I could move forward with this part of the project. She said she could provide by the end of December and waited until February to tell me that she could not. Every week I was waiting. Her last promise was definitely by April 30, 2021. I still do not have a dime of my refund or one elevation or site plan form her - absolutely nothing. I am extremely disappointed in there ethics and honestly - which is disappointing as the contractor who brought her in assured me she could do it. She made a 1000 excuses why she could not. I do not trust her and do not feel that she was at all fair with me - even when she decided not to do it after my impressing on her that time was of the essence. The contractor who originally brought her end refunded the money I paid him, and I had me sign a disclosure that he was not responsible for her performance, so it seems he no longer believed in there either....but I took his refund and gave it to her because she said it was almost complete and that she would have it done in a few weeks.

I gave Ruth Sebag $1500.00 in order to have plans done for a roof top deck by the end of December 2020. She started on the project in October thru a different contract or. I then decided to cancel with that contractor as I did not want to move forward until the plans were done. Ruth said if I paid her directly, she would have done before the end of December. She did not. She kept asking for extensions, which I gave but she did not do one elevation or site plan and finally in Feb 3 she said she would return my money but she was too busy and had not accomplished anything and would not do the plan. She said she would give me the money back that day on FEb 3, if I sign a document. I went to sign the document, and she would not release the check to me. The check was also over $100 less than I gave her. She said I. had to get it notarized. I did Feb 4, 2021. Since then I have been unable to meet her to get the check back. IT is one excuse and missed deadline after another. Too busy to meet, when Sheldons get it to me the Monday after passover, then she doesn't have any checks and I need to wait until April 30, even though I want a cashiers check...then she avoids calls April 30...Today she can't give it to me because she is at Home Depot - can't make an appointment to meet at the bank... She lies on top of lie and fails to meet commitment after commitment. No integrity. Don't trust her, can not deliver on her promises.
