I hired this company to do a move out clean when I spoke to them initially I was very direct with what I was looking for I told them that I had already cleaned the appliances and most of the house that the carpets were being replaced that I was looking for someone to come in and clean the walls and the baseboards. They did NOT Initially convey to me that cleaning walls is not something that they typically do. If they would have I would’ve easily just said not a problem And called another company. That was what I specifically asked for and made clear from the get go. When I spoke to the cleaner she said she does not typically clean walls and she tried to use a mop to clean one of the walls. Well I figured, if she didn’t do the walls atleast the rest of the house would be cleaned well since she was there for 2 hours (it was mostly cleaned before they even got there) when I went to go check on the job afterwards I walked into a freezing cold house. Since we are not living there, we have the thermostat set to 80. Not a problem the cleaners wanted to turn it down while they cleaned. But they did not turn it back up after they left. It was set to 67 degrees. This weekend was over 100 degrees. 3 days that a/c unit was running tirelessly nonstop. When the manager called me back she asked if I had video proof of her employee touching the thermostat. I said no one is living there no one else has been inside that house. Lights were left on and the thermostat was never turned back up to 80. Not in the 3 years I lived there has it EVER been set that low. The manager told me unless I had video proof I was s.o.l. I did not want to write a bad review. I would have been happy with them refunding me half of my money for the services not rendered. Misrepresentation of this company, the least they could do is atleast send a new cleaner back to finish the job that was not even done. 2 hours for someone to wipe down the counter top in the kitchen and clean the bathtubs. Over 240$. And they did ZERO to rectify the situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Now I will be stuck with an extremely high electrical bill that their employee caused and I will need to go in there and clean this house myself because the idiot they hired spent 20 min dusting a fan. This company is crooked.

HOMEOWNER BEWARE - this franchisee doesn't run a good business. Generally Cleaning Authority in other parts of the country are top notch (I used to own a competitor franchise in another state). He talks a good talk on the phone or at an estimate, but when it comes to the clean, his employees are not fully trained and he doesn't vet them properly. He doesn't know the concept of customer service or that the customer is always right...as he is defensive and argumentative. His teams use pumice bars in other areas outside of the toilet and do nothing about cross contamination of cleaning rags and vacuums. They do not clean from top to bottom and they follow no process of how to start cleaning a room at a certain point and go through it so they end in the same spot. On at least one occasion one of his employees used oil on my stainless steel appliances, which of course looked great on that clean but streaked on all other cleans after when a cleaning product was applied. They leave notes at the end of the clean, and they lie about what employees were in the home. We came home on more then once occasion and didn't know either of the employees in our home, yet their note had the names of the team we had been requesting. We used his service for almost a year as the clean was better then us cleaning or the headache of shopping for another service. We had a move out clean and it was a disaster. They sent new employees at 3:30 pm to do what should have taken 2-4 hours. They had to send another team, as the first team didn't know what they were doing and would have been there all night. They wasted time cleaning freshly painted baseboards that didn't need it and missed so much that we had to keep going back to have them fix things. In the end, they didn't clean anything high (even with their extension tools) - no top of fridge, light fixtures, ceiling fans, door frames, top shelves in cabinets, shower rods, etc. (remember this was an empty house). We had to go back and fix everything as we had to turn over the keys the next day. We received no accounting of the teams time and we asked that our credit card not be charged until we resolved the issues. When we asked for some type of credit on the hourly, he stood by the quality and time of his employees AND ran our credit card BEFORE calling us back! And now....he refuses to return our house key to us in person (we don't want it mailed or left under our mat). Save yourself the headache and don't use this franchise!

Very well. They started yesterday with the first of a two part "deep clean" which will finish next week. After that I will have a regular weekly cleaning. Scheduling was a little sticky and they arrived much earlier than originally planned but they did call ahead to let me know. While the team of three were working on the house, Kim, a (the?) manager came by to check their work. The job they did appears quite thorough and acceptable.

I have employed these cleaners for about 6 months. They seem to constantly miss stuff. The one major spot they keep missing in my shower stall towel rack. When I noticed that the girls missed this spot, I called the office. The office then sent out two girls to clean the spot in my shower. I asked the supervisor to please inform the girls to not miss this spot; however, the girls kept missing the spot. Trying to be nice I just let it go. Again, on 11/9 I noticed they did not clean the spot on my shower rack (picture below). Another issue I had with the cleaning service is that often they leave their cleaning rags behind on my furniture (picture below). Another issue I had with them was that somoene used my toilet and did not flush it. Another issue I had with them was that the girls did not seem to LOOK around for dirt (e.g. in front of a door). They just seemed to do designated areas. I am now have to find a different cleaning agency.

Very easy to deal with but cleaning was inconsistent and while they came back in request several times things weren't done well, corrections weren't made in future visits and same problems kept occurring.

NOT so great! The original team was great, however they are onl;y given 1 hour and 20 mins to provide services. The management tteam is the true problem. I asked for a specific team ONLY after damage was done to my belobgings and repeatedly I had to call and complain. The company promised to pay for damaged items but after waiting MONTHS for replacement item and VERY unhappy about them not keeping their word I had to fire them. I asked for final bill and my promised patch magic shower curtain replacement ($132.00 retail), they never responded. Sadly, not worth the cost or broken promises.

I've been using them for well over a year now. Another member of the company comes out to check the work while they are doing it. They even pitch in to help sometimes. There is somebody besides the on sight supervisor who examines the work that they are doing. This group is supervised all the way. The office calls frequently to ask how they did the previous week. The office will also try to assist and will work out a schedule for you which includes the best of the best. They cleaned things we didn't clean ourselves. They come every other week. They are so punctual. I'll continue using them as long as I can.

Arrived on time, cleaners are professional and friendly and get the job done.

Overall they did a good job. Two minor things, they dusted the ceiling fan in my sons room on top of his black comforter after they made the bed, and they sprayed the master bath faucets, but forgot to wipe them. I consider these small and have not contacted the company about it. I will just tell them when they come again this week. The team was efficient, but I wish they would have introduced themselves as I am a new client and this is the first visit. If would be helpful if they took just a few minutes (2-3) to introduce themselves and ask if I had any questions about what they were going to be doing or special requests. Oh and the sliding door that leads to the patio, they did the inside but there were a lot of finger prints on the outside, when I asked them if they did the door, they said they did the inside only, but offered to and did the outside and it looks great. I signed up for biweekly service and am looking forward to a good business relationship. I tried another local company 5 STAR Legacy with a Groupon and I had to clean after they left. So this was much better comparatively speaking.

I personally deal with them most days because I’m the one that’s here during the day. The girls that come to our house are awesome. Every time they leave, they are polite and they are awesome. They are all around great. I don’t think we had any problems with their service at all. We looked at some other places like Marry Maid and stuff like that, for what you are getting; it’s a lot more expensive. To have them come once a week is much more expensive. They are very good at listening to instructions. Every time I asked them not to set the alarm or whatever, they do it.

the Boss is a great person she retun calls and try her best to get you the help but the probelms are with the ladies that come to clean they try to finish the job so quickly that they don't do a good job and I find it too much energy to have to walk with them step by step to get the house clean good and at times some not all of the girls will get unprofessional both in words and action. I think this is too much stress just to get my house clean.

We spent too much. They were very personable. They showed up the day they were supposed to. They came back and finished up the job because the first time, it wasn't quite complete. We didn't like the fact that they had to come back to finish the job. We might use them again.

,Not good, the owner was nice and called me but I just didn't think the hassel of having to always check behind and let him know what they didn't do correctly, having new people each time, which meant they were not familiar with my likes & dislikes, etc.was worth continuing the relationship. They may be good for commercial work, but for my home, no.

They do a great job and say what they are going to do and then do what they say; they are a great company.

Consistent and efficient. Have been very pleased with this company for the past two years.

They usually have a crew of 2-3 and do every quickly. They do a good job.

The teams rotate. They are very thorough. If they miss something... all I have to do is mention it and it is done immediately. They don't miss anything very often. I have not had household help since returning from overseas and I could not have been more pleased with the service I have received. They are fast, friendly, professional and on time!

We have been happy with their service. We have never had a problem with them and we use them constantly. We rate them highly and would recommend them to others anytime.

THEY COME ON TIME AND DO A WONDERFUL CLEANING JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY ALWAYS LEAVE THE HOUSE SPOTLESS. THEY ALSO DO IT IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.
