It's always the last day of the month every 3rd month. I have 2100 sq feet and they spray the inside and outside. They call to make the appointments. They remind me that's it time. They'll even text me if I ask them too just to remind me of the next day that they're coming. So it's great followup. I don't think that's a whole lot for that much treatment. I think they're top quality and really good to work with. I never see any bugs so that is a good thing. They're right on top of it. They're usually within an hour of when they say they will be.

They are professional and thorough and very helpful in explaining everything they do and why. (Especially when we first called them and we were new to Florida!) They come for follow up quickly whenever we have an issue.
Description of Work: They spray, bait and protect our home from bugs! And they do a terrific job! We have worked with both Frank and Danny and wouldn't dream of calling anyone else!

Description of Work: My house was being rented by several young adults that had pets that weren't well cared for and we ended up with a flea infestation. When they moved out I called The Bug Man to see if they could help me out. I spoke to Frank and explained that I was living out of state and needed someone I could trust to take care of the problem. He explained what he would do and told me that it might not take care of the problem on the first treatment, but that he would come back as many times as needed until the problem was solved. His first treatment was to take care of the lawn and then flea bomb the interior of the house. My daughter went back to check and found that we still had fleas, a lot less, but still there. She called him and he came right back out and re-did the interior bombing. A few weeks later there were a couple of fleas found and he was happy to come out once again and take care of the problem. Thankfully the last treatment solved the problem for good. My interaction on the phone with Frank was pleasant and my daughter said that the technician that came out to the house was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your pest control needs.

Two different technicians treated our home in three separate treatments for some VERY stubborn ants. Each person was very knowledgeable and was able to communicate that knowledge to us very clearly so we knew what to expect and what to do or not do. We're staying with this company!

Placed a call for a quote and had someone out same day and they were able to treat my home right then. Great service and very thorough. They took their time and answered any question I had. Well worth the price which is a 1/3 of the cost of your national chains and way better services!!! A+!!!

I called to get info on pricing etc. was told that the pest inspection was free and then there was a 225.00 charge for the control and any additional controls/applications should it be needed would be free. This is a mobile home I'm buying and I do not live in Florida so all my connections are done by my real estste agent. An arranged time was set up and my agent was there and waiting and The Bug Man people never showed. Seems I was given the wrong information and the inspection was now going to cost me 95.00, I was told that they tried to contact me and left messages which I never got. My agent was patient and I was embarrassed.

When you called in to the bugman you did not specify to the employee that this would be a real estate inspection for the sale of a home. This type of inspection always requires a service fee. This is a industry standard. Until your realtor called in we did not know this was for the sale of a home. He knows these type of inspections are not free. That's why he called, to let us know the situation. I Frank Favuzza The owner tried to contact you twice, with no success. You also asked for a free quote for pest control on the phone and we provided that. 225 for an entire year of pest control to keep your residence free of bugs is a very fair price. We provided nothing more than a quote on the phone. I wonder how you could grade services by a phone call when no service has been provided. Here at the Bugman we take pride in our service for our customers. We would be glad to provide you all the references you could possibly want.

I contacted this company twice, and the last time I called was last Friday and wont be calling again. A man answered the phone and very rude and said: "some people ... they just dial all the numbers on my business card". I am not sure if he knew that I was on the line and he did it on purpose or not but you just don't said that about your costumers. I called two different phone numbers because the website listed two different business locations not because I wanted to bother the owner of the business.

The owner and his employee completed the job on time and with a professional attitude during the termite treatment. I highly recommend the "Bug Man" company team to homeowners with termite problems. I give them a solid "A" grade across all areas including politeness and courteousness. They also wore booties (shoe covers) when entering our home.

He have us a method to check for fleas prior to his service. This would have potentially removed the service if none were found. An honest way to do business. We did finally make use of his service and were pleased with results.

They are fantastic. My best friend?s son is a part owner of a pest control company locally and I used him before for sometime and used Bugman prior to them. I had nothing but ongoing problems with spiders on the outside and ants on the inside and then wound up with a flea infestation in the house. It was a mess and they attempted to treat a couple of times and used something on the lawn they shouldn?t and we were accomplishing nothing. I called up Frank the Bugman and handled the garage which they said I could not have and came out within an hour and treated the garage. After that there wasn?t a flea in the house and the next day he came and saw that it was okay for animals. He did the treatment on the house and there was not another flea and then did the annual service and I did not have any spiders outside or ants inside. I have had nothing to complain about for a year and he also happens to do termite inspection for my buyers because I am a relator. My house it about 21,000 square feet and I paid $275 on that work, so it depends on the size of your house.

Absolutely wonderful! Upon hearing how upset and frustrated I was (was also doing a home improvement project at the same time) the owner came immediately to take care of the garage and the next day to do the house for the fleas. Gone right away - no repeat treatment or anything needed. A technician came the next week to do annual treatment for which I had previously had an issue with ants around the garden tub and outside spiders and now no probelms with either. Highly recommend to others!
Description of Work: Did treatment for extermination of a flea infestation that was not sucessfully handled by a different pest control company. Also, did annual regular bug treatment.
