Very professional and pleasant to work with. They discussed options with me and didn't try to up sell like most other companies. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job on time. The technicians were very polite and even cleaned up everything after they finished. I don't know why every company doesn't do this. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend for all HVAC needs!

They were on time,replaced the part and I was up and running again within 30 minutes. I called the next day and scheduled my semi annual cleaning. It works like a charm now and I am so happy.

We were having so many issues with our air conditioning. We had several companies out to check the unit and it never got fixed. A friend told me they used Polk Air Conditioning so I called them. They came out the same day, gave me a free estimate and gave me all the options I had to choose from. I decided to go with a new system and it is the best investment I have done latley. My electricity bill has gone down since installing the new unit and I couldn't be more pleased with Polk Air and there staff. I only wish I would have found them sooner so I wouldn't have wasted so much money with the other companies.

This company provides honest and reliable services, I have turned to them for all of my A/C needs throughout the years. They have a great response time and have always kept my family cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Other companies I've called gave me a run around or had hidden cost, Polk Air was the company I found who were true to their word, solved my problem the FIRST time, and was fairly priced. We had an AC unit many years ago that wasn't keeping up during the summer, and Polk Air was able to work with my budget and install a new unit. They were efficient, professional, and truly exceptional. They are a family owned and operated business, I have always spoken to a live person, and I have never been dissatisfied with any of their work. They have really set the bar high in my area for Quality, Personability, and Customer Satisfaction. I refer them to all of my friends and family and have never heard a complaint yet.

I couldn't say enough about Polk air conditioning. I called on a Saturday mid day. The lady that answered the phone was so helpful and was able to get someone out the same day!! The technician that came was very professional and took care of the issue and had my unit up in running in no time.
