Aside from the rain excellent, it was a hard choice, but Freedom sat down and went over what they thought should be done, different contractors had different views, some were very high, some lower, they seemed like they weren't trying to take advantage of the situation as some others did. They were very professional, cleaned up well, done in a timely manner and good communication.

A/C went out over Memorial weekend, at first we called another company to assess the issue. They advised we would need a system replacement. It was obvious we needed a new system because our Carrier was 20 years old and it leaked water through the walls onto the floors causing damage to my tile and hardwood floors. However after receiving the other company's quote I was disappointed in the system they suggested to install. So my husband and I took our time researching the best unit to put in. We were very concerned about finding the right contractor. So after about 5 to 8 different calls we found Freedom Air Conditioning who we were pleased to find out is a Carrier and Bryant dealer. We called and spoke with Cheryl on the phone and she was so helpful and to connected us to Jim the President of the company. He spent plenty of time with us over the phone explaining the different brands of A/C and put our minds at ease with the information he provided about his company which he assured us takes pride in being an honest and reputable A/C company, and he was personable, and very knowledgeable, he answered all our questions, never rushing us off the phone. We also spoke to his daughter Amanda in the office, both she and Cheryl were very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Josh spent 2 hours at our house explaining everything from the pricing and the work to be done, he was very thorough and they gave us a good price. We had the unit installed on Saturday and we are very pleased with the professionalism of the entire team including Josh, Rubin and Jake. They were super easy to work with, very courteous, professional and cleaned up afterwards leaving no debris behind after the install. We are beyond pleased with this company and consider it a pure blessing to have found them. They did not once try to oversell or mislead us. These guys are the real deal and we are very pleased!! We finally found a company we can trust and we highly recommend and we feel anyone should not hesitate to use them. I am confident after all the calls I made that you won't find another company as trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, personable and awesome!

It went great - very professional & very nice. made sure everything & working. After the work was done, I contacted the owner about a problem. He came out, and fixed it; although it had nothing to do with the air conditioning! Awesome!

Jim, Josh and the other guys from Freedom are amazing. Jim had the very best quote of the 9 I received to replace one of my two systems. Not only a fair price, but Jim also included a service guarantee in addition to the outstanding equipment guarantee. They provided the best customer service I have ever scene making certain that everything in the install was done perfectly! I couldn't be more pleased. I also have cool air in my east bedroom that has ALWAYs been a hot box! This was thanks to Jim knowing exactly what needed to be done. I will hire them again when my other 3 ton unit goes out.
