+ -1 moreHorrible. Job not started on the "date certain", the Vice President then promised in writing to refund my $6,000 deposit. It has now been two months and they haven't refunded and have since NEVER returned my calls, email, so I sent a demand letter. No response. The sheriff tells me it is a civil matter. Seems like Fraud to me.

+ -1 moreThey were able to come the day after the estimate. They repaired the damage section of roof. It was a neat and clean job. They INSISTED I keep the extra shingles just in case.
