+ 1 moreThey are expensive, but I have priced another and it is the same. I have no choice but I hate them. They do everything they are supposed to, but they don't necessarily fix the problem. They could charge me less. I would tell family and friends to check all companies.

+ 1 moreBright House had its moments, it can be good and it can be bad. Its as good as any of the rest of them. I've been with them for probably 4 or 5 years. Its cheaper than what Verizon is and are a little bit easier to work with than Verizon is. I don't think 140 a month is a fair price for any of it. Their responsiveness and punctuality is pretty.

+ -1 moreVery rude and would not send a tech to me I have to go to them at 71 it isn't fun any more putting up with crap.
Description of Work: Bad internet router box furnished by them. they could not reset over the phone after 45 min. I have to take to them for a new one.
