 + -1 moreHe is the most honest man i've ever dealt with. As my home progress's he calls me weekly to check up on my satisfaction. He does not work with the builder but he makes sure the builder is doing me right every step of the way. He does this even though he is a very busy man. He really honestly cares about people not the money. He though works hard for what he gets. He is wel lworth every dime. I recommend him to veryone buying a home in Central Florida.
Description of Work: The $8000.00 was Brokers fees at Closing. The Realtor saved me over $25,000 on the price on my New Home being built and $11,500 in Upgrades. The house is half the price of exsisting homes in the Sub Division . Most homes there are in the $450,000 range , The home as a cash deal come out to around $244,000.
