Description of Work: I called Atlantis appliance for an appointment. I was given an independent service rep without my knowledge of this. I had to deal with this person who was very inpatient, claimed he know immediately what was wrong with my refrigerator. I informed him what was done the previous time with the same issue. He claimed I needed a mother board which he changed. It still didn't fix the issue. He had to come back again to change another part. I also had to purchase parts which were not needed. In the end the refrigerator worked, but I couldn't wait to get rid of him.
