BUYER BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE. Technician TRIED to charge me $1300. for dirty coils. Told me, Oh, yeah, it's going to cost you. I asked for a printout of what was going to be fixed with the price -- NEVER GOT IT. I was told it would be emailed to me -- NOT. I think it's because I challenged the price so strongly. Called the company again because of some special advertised on the radio, which by the way, was NEVER relayed to me the first time they came out. I actually wasn't aware it was the same company. After calling the second time was when I realized it was the same place. I explained the horrible experience about the service, and the individual on the phone CUT ME OFF CONSTANTLY. Was told I was going to get a callback -- NEVER DID. I'm so happy I refused the work and got a second opinion. Got the A/C repaired for... $228. And, by the way, it was not the coils.

The day after they installed the system I had to call them back because of the constant running of the outside unit and frozen pipes inside the unit.

i ended up getting a new a/c unit and they came out the next day and installed a new unit and did an excellent job!! super job well done!! very neat install and looks great! thanks!

The Technicians were very professional and through. All work and clean-up done very well. I only had a few notes worth mentioning regarding optional inside health services not mention during original meeting with Sale Rep and Technicians not knowing final payment requirement from customer. Other than that everything else was very good just a little shore of excellent!!!!

The repair man that showed up was very professional and thorough. Put his booties on to keep my floors clean and explained everything to me. He even talked to hubby after he left on the phone.

Prompt arrival. Showed me the issue, installed a preventive device and told me how to prevent pipe overflow. Serviced and cleaned the outside equipment and at my request put the exposed wires (pre house buying) back inside the unit.

The techs are great! The communication and customer service is pathetic at best.

We were very pleased with the service. The service technician was knowledgeable and had a strong customer orientation. We intend to use the service again if the need arises.

Installation crew worked tirelessly in 110 degree weather to finish their work. Some minor bumps in the road (communications) which were quickly resolved by the company.

The sales rep lead me to believe the units they install cost more then they actually did. found the same units from other sour$3000 less. Requested a refund for the miss representation of $2000 and was feed more bull. The worker and there customer serves was good but would not recommend this company due to they will reap you off of your hard earned money.
